I had Blue Cactus Power Washing come out to my home in Gilbert, AZ for a full exterior cleaning—house wash, driveway pressure washing, patio cleaning, and both interior and exterior window cleaning—and the entire experience was exceptional.

From the moment Andy arrived, it was clear this company values professionalism and quality. He inspected everything, explained what needed to be done, and used the right cleaning method for each surface. The difference after they finished was unbelievable. My home went from looking dusty and sun-faded to fresh, bright, and truly cared for.

Professional, friendly and exceptional service. Our trash cans looked and smelled like dirty dumpsters. They were beyond gross, had never been cleaned. After, you would never had guessed they were the same trash cans. They looked and better yet, smelled amazing. I also really appreciated they also kept me updated on their arrival time. We had a huge oil mess in our garage, driveway and street from a botched oil change. Blue Cactus did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess. Andy was good with communication and DJ was a very hard worker. I would highly recommend Blue Cactus for your power washing needs.

Captain Pools is a great company! I have been getting my pool serviced by Vince and he is amazing! He is very hard working and always goes the extra mile to keep my pool clean. I strongly recommend using captain pools!

Steve came out to repair one of my in floor cleaning heads. He really knows his stuff! Anytime I have a question about how my equipment operates he is my "Go to Guy". He helps educate me so that I can do a better job maintaining and troubleshooting any issues my pool may have.

Nate scheduled Austin to come and do a same change in our filter. He did a great job and was thorough, friendly and helpful. I would recommend Captain Pools for all your pool needs. We will be using them again. Hopefully for our pool remodel soon.

I found Lucas and Captain Pools on thumbtack following an issue with my backwash valve. After trying to get it out via DIY method , I was forced to call in as professional.

Lucas and his crew not only solved my problems quickly and efficiently but also worked within our limited budget to do so.

He was patient , flexible and really took care of through the whole experience. I later ended up using Captain Pools for a pool light housing switch out and again they worked quickly and helped fit our budget.

Id use them again and again and wouldn't hesitate to hire them for weekly service.

Weekly Pool service is ok we have had a few issues. They are difficult to deal with when you want service on a certain day of the week. Also they seem to always find something wrong with my pool every couple months. Their customer service use to be a lot better not sure if they have someone knew but they are very rude. I’ve decided to cancel and move on.

Steve took the time to answer all of my questions as a first time pool owner. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable with anything related to your pool. I would HIGHLY recommend Steve and would trust him with any future pools issues.

The key to providing a customer/client with good service is communication. The employees of Captain Pools make sure to always stay in communication with us, be it an update or to schedule a visit. I wish all service providers were this proactive. I wholeheartedly recommend this pool service to everyone who cares about their pool.

We needed a waterline tile repaired and modifications to our pool filter plumbing. From estimation to completion of all of the work everyone was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
