Our Corporate offices have used Compass Cleaning Solutions for years and have always been satisfied. They are a very professional and dependable company. They call me regularly to make sure they are meeting our expectations, which tells me that they really do care about their customers.

DO NOT USE- AUTO RENEW CONTRACT WITH A 5% YEARLY INCREASE AND DO NOT ALLOW YOU OUT OF THE CONTRACT. I use this company to clean my office. On Tuesday 10/28 our staff came into our office to find that three of the toilets had been purposefully clogged with the trash from next to the toilet. This included the unused tampons that we supply to our employees, as well as the used tampons, pads and toilet paper. We reviewed the cameras immediately and saw that the only persons who entered all three toilets were this cleaning crew. The last employee that entered the women's bathroom was at 4:13pm and she is a manager of a department and has been with us a long time. She would have notified us of any issues. Additionally, she did not enter the third bathroom which is in the furthest end of our complex. The only people entering all three toilets are the cleaning crew. We called and reported it immediately, and were told that they would reimburse the cost of sending a plumber out to snake the toilets and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing. This was agreed to by Daniel. However, the next day, he now claims that they no longer agree to paying for the repair. He is also claiming now that the crew has been noticing issues in our bathroom but never notifying US or them of any issues. Clearly, they are lying, as I do not believe they knew we had cameras. We want to be reimbursed as Daniel originally agreed to and let out of our contract with no more invoices. Coincidentally, this all occurred after we gave the company notice that we will not be extending the contract another year.

We are very happy with Compass Cleaning Solutions. Our Rep - Ulises Moran always takes the time to come by the office to check to see how everything is going or if we need anything. The Woman who cleans our offices every night is very professional and very dependable. I would recommend Compass Cleaning Solutions to every one. I need to contact our Rep, Ulises or the main office to give thanks or Kudos to our Cleaning Lady to recommend that she gets a raise or bonus more often. She works in an area that has a lot of crime and to put her life on the line every day - we cannot thank her enough. Yes, there is crime everywhere, but to work alone and every night - she is very brave and should be rewarded for this. Thank you, Vicki, Office Manager

We use Compass for our weekly cleaning at our Auto Repair Shop. They do a great job! Anytime I need something additional done or have a concern, they address it immediately! I am grateful to find a good cleaning company and I highly recommend!

Never showed, waited for over an hour..no call, nothing. Put me in a bind. Not professional, very unfortunate. If you're running late please contact your clients and let them know, we are busy as well.

I would not recommend Mrs.Touch cleaning services to anyone. They were 20 mins late, I paid for a deep clean it was not deep cleaned, dust was left behind & there were a lot of places that were not even done. I suggest anyone who needs cleaning services take the time and find a different company.

The team is responsive when we have questions about our pool and the service. The weekly pool technician if very knowledgeable and friendly. He answers any questions we have.

I'm glad to have found this company! I really appreciate the clear, consistent and well documented communication. My pool is consistently clean and when something goes wrong, they are so responsive.

This place is very reliable and extremely organized. Have used them since I bought my new house earlier this year and pool has always looked great, even with the extreme summer heat. They go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Thanks!

In 2024 we were without the use of our pool for 159 days in triple digit temperatures, now this year (June 2025 ) we can’t use our pool again in excessive heat temperatures

When my previous local pool company took my 3 pools off their route, I had no idea what to do. I found Salten by facebook recommendations and couldn't be happier! They came right out for an estimate and have shown up each week to each of my 3 pools. They genuinely care about their customers. Absolutely amazing company!
