Jordan, their customer service rep, always comes across as lazy and lethargic. Every time I have called it seems I am annoying her or waking her up from a nap. Not the personality type that should be on the phone!

I have used Salten Pools for my weekly pool service. The technician is always prompt and dependable. This company has excellent communication with their customers. If there are any problems they respond back immediately or within a very short time. Every technician I’ve had is very friendly and will answer any of my questions or concerns. One time I needed to back wash my pool and he patiently walked me through the process. I would highly recommend Salten Pools for any of your service needs.

Has done a great job keeping my pool sparkling clean. Love that they contact me through email with pictures of my clean pool after they have serviced it. Showing everything they have done. Company is very organized and efficient. They always answer there phone and are very accommodating.

We had Salten do a complete Remodel of our community pool and spa, along with new KoolDeck. This is a 50 year old pool and spa that had unknowns. Paul was the main contact and understood what was expected and needed. It took longer than hoped for, but in the end it came out great.

Salten does work on a lot of homes that the company I work for manages. They're very thorough, professional, and compassionate, and they really care about the work that they do. Our residents absolutely love them. They're very quick to respond to emergencies, and go above and beyond in their work. They set a very high bar when it comes to pool services.

Paul, their construction manager, has at least two dozen remodels for us at this point and every time his work is incredible. He is quick, thorough and does an incredible job.
