We had a couch and two love seats cleaned. They are just about dry. Look so good! Joseph was on time and explained the job as he did it. Awesome work. Cleaned up as he went. So glad we chose Steamy Concepts!

Daniel did an awesome job! Our carpet is 26 year old Berber carpet. My husband has Alzheimer’s and feels if I replace flooring I am replacing him. We have in home hospice. Lots of feet traveling thru house. Plus Daniel was wonderful to work around my husband’s needs and did his room first, so if he needed to, he could go back and lay down, which he did. We had a loveseat and 2 rooms of tile cleaned. Everything looks like new. The gentleman who did our cleaning was prompt and thorough. The entire experience was great.

I have used Steam Cleaners for my carpet and tile, with kids and two golden retrievers keeping the carpets clean can be daunting. Oscar cleaned rooms, hallway, stairs, area rug, and 4 rooms. He did an amazing job, fast, professional, and quoted everything before starting the work. My house smelled fresh and clean. I highly recommend their services.

They did a wonderful job on our carpets — they look great! The areas dried quickly, and the technician was very professional and friendly. They also offered a First Responder discount, which was a nice bonus. We’re really glad we chose them to clean our carpets!

He communicated well, worked quickly and did a great job cleaning up and explaining next steps for drying.

Very nice young man that took care of cleaning my carpets. He was knowledgeable and professional. Only negative was he didn’t arrive as expected and price was higher than originally quoted due to an oversized room.

Oscar did an AMAZING job. We have older carpets and older pets which had left significant stains so we didn't have high expectations. Oscar and Steamy Concepts got our carpets far closer to NEW than I thought possible. He also cleaned a micro-fiber chair for us and we are astounded at the improvement. We are very pleased and impressed.

Joseph was courteous, pleasant and expedient. He explained everything before he did it and told us how to maintain it longer. We had a couch, large sectional, armchair and ottoman cleaned. Definitely would use Steamy Concepts again!

Joseph did a stellar job on my tile floors. I had some tile replacements recently and just could not get my floors clean afterwards. Joseph explained that ceramic dust and residual grout were the culprits. My floors throughout the house are beautiful now and he finished in a very reasonable amount of time. Joseph also cleaned my dryer vent and inside my dryer ventilation areas. He was very pleasant to work with and very respectful of my property. Thank you Steamy Concepts!!

Yes I been using this company for some years a couple times . They always have seem to take care of my home and I will never regret the hard work they do. When they are done with the dirty work and complete their task. Never a disappointment. Andre Rico Did my service this time and was honest and open with us even though their was some time frames difficulties. I’m never disappointed with how clean they make my living. Oscar went above and beyond to get our floors cleaned. Did an amazing job removing decades of buildup from tile and some stains from the carpet that I didn’t think were possible to get out. Looks great; great price; excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with Oscar and his knowledge! He understands the science behind stains and traffic areas and left our very old carpet looking new! And the smell was divine. Consider yourself blessed if he's your tech. 5 stars for steamy concepts.
