Where to even start, I am so thankful to have found a company that takes pride in their work and cares about their customers. Eli and his cleaning crew have gone above and beyond in maintaining my property. They are always on time, always have excellent communication and they truly care about the success and wellbeing of the property. They continue to impress and exceed my expectations every day.
I am not usually one for writing reviews, but it seems like nowadays it is difficult to find fair-priced quality help. I believe those who do quality work should be commended for their efforts and Gr8 8 is one of those gems.
I hope those that are reading this take my advice and trust in them to care for your property. If you are looking for a high caliber, consistent and dependable cleaning company I promise you that Gr8 8 Cleaning will always deliver.

Eli and Great 8 Cleaning have done an amazing job cleaning and handling the turn over at my Airbnb vacation rental house in Scottsdale. They launder linens off site and their cleaners do a quality clean and the house is guest ready whenever I stop in to check on it. It’s so hard to find a true professional in this business, Eli is the best to work with and so helpful with any tweaks in service. If you found this company, you are lucky to have found them. I highly recommend hiring them for your Airbnb turnovers.

Eli, Vanessa and team are the best! Super easy to work with as an Airbnb host, excellent communication, always going above and beyond to do a wonderful job. The cleaning is always done right, and then some! Couldn’t recommend more.

I manage around 10 air bnbs and several of them in the phoenix area. This is one of your worst options as far as hiring a short term rental cleaner. Terrible communication, you will get texted from 5+ phone numbers and never know who to call when you need someone. Its like pulling teeth just to get them to send you pictures of their work after its done. They re use pictures so we learned that cleanings weren't even happing correctly, just a quick 45 min job when you pay for 3 hours. They cut corners every step of the way. If you try to contact the cleaners while they are at the property they ignore you and answer your question after they have left and want to collect a "trip fee" for them to go back and actually do the work they are charging for.

GR8 8 Cleaning Company does an absolutely superb job. My home is always clean, stocked and ready to go. They are very understanding when I have had to change dates due to tenants extending their stay. Plus they make my guests feel protected with sanitized remotes, with plastic sleeves over them. If I need anything extra, they handle it. I absolutely 💯 recommend Gr8 8 Cleaning Company!

I hired Eli & his team to do a move out clean for my Scottsdale rental. I was extremely impressed with the communication, organization, and level of attention that they gave my place. I couldn't find out where to leave a review but I was given the information to this Cleaning company that cleans the Airbnb at a property called Kenect/ Sora downtown Phoenix.

I just want to say my room was absolutely beautiful but it went beyond my expectations as far as cleanliness goes. Everything was absolutely amazing and well thought out.
The rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable, and the housekeeper should be commented for her attention to detail meticulous nature you can see it. My only suggestion to this Cleaning company is maybe invest in uniforms because honestly the appearance of the housekeeper was not professional at all. Overall appearance should also be a high priority for the company.

Other then that which I hope gets taken into serious consideration I was absolutely pleased with my experience. This is my new Airbnb establishment.

Rick came to do an excellent job on aLL bents and stayed to clean bathroom tile! I have had cleaning bent crews before .. not as thorough and immaculate as Coit !!

I had an incredible experience using COIT. I was turned away by multiple companies due to the fact that my couch was white and/or linen. I was a little nervous when COIT said they could send someone out to take care of it, but Thomas Sceusa did a phenomenal job! He was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. My white couch looks brand new! I will definitely use them again in the future.

Most recently used Coit (Andrew) to clean and seal grout on my kitchen floor. It had been years since the grout was originally sealed and it was so dirty. Andrew was able to restore the grout nearly perfectly except for a blood stain from an old freezer failure. After sealing it looks so good l hated to let the dogs back in!
I've also used Coit to clean my area rugs and they did the quality cleaning my quality rugs deserved.

Excellent service from initial contact to explanation of cleaning process to results. My polyester rug looks magnificent and grand again.

Very pleased with my rug cleaning. The employees at the Tempe location were excellent to work with. The customer service and communication shown is very much appreciated. The gentleman helped place the rug appropriately and was very helpful.

I did like that he was able to arrive a couple hours early but didn’t like that the equipment broke down & had to reschedule. The technician was extremely apologetic & it wasn’t his fault
