I just moved and wanted to get the new carpeting in the new house steam cleaned before moving all my stuff over. I called Steamy Concepts and they were able to fit me in that same day. Oscar was professional and friendly and got the job done ✅ Price was reasonable, which was a bonus! I’d use them again!

Daniel was great to work with and did an excellent job cleaning our sofa and recliner. Then when asked, he also cleaned another chair that was not originally scheduled. I had a great experience with Steamy Concepts! They did a fantastic cleaning the carpets in all three bedrooms after we moved out. I called and was able to get scheduled for the very next day, which was a huge relief. The team was very communicative about when they would arrive and kept me updated throughout the process. They were also upfront and transparent about what results to expect, which I really appreciated. Overall, the carpets turned out great, and I'm very happy with their service. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the services I received. I had my couch and loveseat that I love cleaned and they look so good! Also had the carpets cleaned in my front room where the couches are and it looks great. The technician, Oscar was very personable and explained the process as he went along. Answered all of my questions that I had. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

I had the fortune of having Joseph Ruiz for my technician. He was very thorough, and did an outstanding job! Looks like new! He also took care of a carpet that I have used for some sick puppies, sterilized now for the next fosters I get!

The service technician that came was Great. He was professional, informative and did the best job on our 3 rooms. We have never seen our cream carpet look SO good. Spots that had been hard to clean, are no longer there. My husband and I are extremely satisfied.

Steamy Concepts cleaned our carpet and left them soft and fresh. The tech was friendly and explained the services they offer. We are getting ready to move so we just went with the basic cleaning, but he did an excellent job and honored their advertised special. We will definitely use them again.

Just run from this company and use zero res instead. We tried to be cheap and use their special pricing for two room tile cleaning. The tech fell in our bathroom and chipped the paint and left a foot and a half streak on our wall. They offered 15 percent off the next service as compensation. I tried to contact their company to resolve and the rep had no autonomy and authority to find a solution for me.

We have been working with Great for about 5 months now for our Airbnb in Tempe. Venessa and team are wonderful at communication. Our guests brag on how clean the place is when they give us reviews. 5 stars!

Been trying to use this cleaning service for our Airbnb properties. Need to have backup to make sure they completed everything

Poor cleaning services and have not shown up for several instances. Did a deep clean that didn’t even get the toilets cleaned left dark black rings. They say QC checks but no one could have or don’t care .

Some cleaners were ok others shown up wrong days and time confusing guests and me more than once not one off.

Some cleaning products used left milky film. Started out good but failed over the months too many excuses didn’t know what the schedule was.

Mismanaged and useless at this point can’t depend on them. I texted a few days prior advising Need to know same day they confirmed yes yes yes however when they didn’t show up even an hour prior responded with “don’t know why you’re so upset” claiming they didn’t know no one told them started arguing about it. Lol.

Take your chances I’m realty upset having to turn a 2br/2ba with laundry king bed in one hour. Not a fun day! One more bad experience after another.

The best thing I ever did for my Airbnb was finding this company. I could not have a 5 star rated Airbnb without Eli and his team. Their cleaning and turnover service is unmatched in this industry. I highly recommend!
