Excellent work! My concrete floors turned out better than expected. I was on a tight timeline and they responded immediately and got the job done very quickly. The price they quoted was the price I paid in the end. Highly recommended!

Our floors at the intake room at our Thrift Shop hadn’t been touched in 3 years! I was pretty sure the dark streaks wouldn’t come out. They worked nonstop and when they finished, the floor looked brand new, I was so impressed and excited about the results, I couldn’t believe it!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELITE FLOOR & FURNITURE CLEANING!!

Justin Kissel form Elite Floor and Furniture Cleaning was extremely courteous, professional and accommodating. He and his company were able to fit me in to the schedule on short notice. He arrived on time and stayed longer than expected, both to do more work than I had originally scheduled and to go over stubborn spots until he was satisfied with his work and product. My carpets, well-used by 3 young children, look brand new! Mr. Kissel honored Angie's List discounts, and if anything, undercharged me by not recalculating his estimate when a few extra areas came up. I will absolutely use Elite Floor and Furniture Cleaning in the future and I give them my highest recommendation.

I use Justin for all my floors. He comes twice a year and cleans the couches as well as two of my area rugs. He is so detailed it is crazy. I recommend him to all my friends. Don't go anywhere else! He is the best.

We are DYI types so we ripped up carpet to discover linoleum in 2 bedrooms, bath and hall. We tried to remove the glue but couldn’t. Justin was able to remove the gross stuff so that the brown concrete could then be sealed. The Elite team was professional, knowledgeable and did what they said within the quoted price and time! The floors look amazing I can't believe I waited so long to have the work done. I will have them back to do more to of my floors and my furniture too! This company is worth my repeat business!

Justin did an amazing job on our carpet, it looks brand new. He also cleaned the grout on our floor tiles and in the master shower. Job well done at a reasonable price.

Justin worked with me on cleaning up our office carpet and floor -to get it in shape for the landlord as we were moving out of our suite. He worked with me very efficiently and I was very pleased with the results. My landlord had no complaints and I found him a pleasure to work with!

Justin and his team are always on time and go the extra mile to get out any stains. They take care to use only safe products and the results are spectacular. The carpet looks brand-new when he finishes, and holds that appearance!

I had a renter leave a terrible stench behind and Elite Floor & Furniture Cleaning came to my rescue. Justin was extremely responsive and kept me informed of everything that was done, as well as other options. The stench did take a couple of cleanings to resolve but the carpeting was saved! Elite is the only business I'll use for deep carpet cleaning.

Justin recently cleaned our rental condo that was in really sorry shape, and somehow he got the floors looking great!! He is extremely reliable and easy to work with, and he does a great job every time. Couldn't recommend Justin and Elite Floor Cleaning enough!

Justin is a very nice sincere man who will make your experience with him enjoyable.
He did a thorough job cleaning and repairing my floor grout and counter grout. As stated on his card, he says 100% satisfaction and when I wasn't totally thrilled with some spots of my grout repair he quickly came and fixed it. He went above and beyond his duty to make me happy and I most appreciate that kind of customer service!

Justin came out to our home several weeks ago and did an outstanding job. We have a dog and a cat that are always on our couches, and also a WHITE rug. He was able to clean these and also clean our dirty grout in the bathroom. Very detailed and friendly, we will be calling them in the future (Not too soon though, hopefully!)

Justin is super awesome! He did an amazing job cleaning our rental before we had to give our keys back and was flexible enough that right after he cleaned the carpet (we have 3 dogs) at the old rental drove to our new rental and cleaned out chocolate brown sofas.

Our dogs had been getting on it and it had so much dog hair I was ready to just get rid of it. I had tried cleaning it myself before but was loosing hope that the dog hair was not going to come off at all.
Justin saw it and told me that he would do his best, I was already thinking as long as it looks better then what it look now I’ll be happy.

Since then our dogs had gotten a chance to get on it, but it’s not as bad as it was before, still very nice looking. We since bought a gate to keep them away. At least now I know Justin does MIRACLES.

Justin from Elite Floor & Cleaning is excellent ! He cleaned four of our Persian rugs and a sofa . The cleaning result was impressive old to almost new again ! We are so pleased with Justin work and pricing . Justin is courteous , reliable ,flexible for scheduling and his work amazing !

We had all of our carpets and two chairs cleaned by Elite and they did a fantastic job! We have two large dogs, two cats and a design studio in our home, so you can imagine what a challenging job it was! Justin worked miracles on the spots in our old carpeting, including a red wine stain. He is the best!
