Justin was great at communicating to coordinate a time to come clean between mine and my roommates busy schedule! Not only did he do the original clean, but he also came back to touch it up for us. Our couch looks great now and you can't even tell there was a stain on it. Thank you so much Justin for helping us out!

Justin really knows how to clean carpets! After having two un-housetrained puppies in our home for a few months, we paid for repeated professional and personal cleanings that eliminated some stains but left others clearly visible. After we initiated two claims against the carpet manufacturer (the carpet was warranted against permanent pet staining), the manufacturer finally sent Justin from Elite to our house. Where other professionals failed, Justin was nearly 100% successful. He spent hours here, used a multi-step process, and eliminated most of the stains completely. We still have a few slightly off-color spots, but I probably notice them just because I'm looking. Justin was professional, prompt, very thorough, courteous, generous (left us some of the cleaning solution he used) and cheerful. We've used a few other cleaning companies, and Elite is much superior to the others. Highly recommended.

Justin came to my home today and did a spectacular job! As a woman home alone I felt very comfortable with Justin in the house and my dogs just loved him. He even had treats for the puppies. I am super impressed with the job he did and I will certainly be using them again!

Justin, owner of Elite Floor & Furniture Cleaning, was recommended to me by a reputable local industry and public janitorial supply company. I just had new floors put in throughout my home. A custom marble floor was installed in my master bath and was of inferior finishing quality. Justin came and looked at my needs and here is what happened;

-While wearing protective booties and putting rugs down to protect my carpet and home. I had shared the my jetted tub had a slight ding and the marble surround cracked. He immediately stated he could make these better. He then added that he could also restore my marble floor in my shower and seal it. And, he indeed did all of this and much more and it looks spectacular!

-Justin completely rolled up his sleeves and worked tirelessly to perfect my botched marble floor Install! He had Tyler join him for a full day as well, and Tyler was just as committed and delivered outstanding results.

-I then included having him revive my kitchen countertops as an add/on to my project. Lovely!

-As his flooring expertise shined like none other, he also recommended proper care and cleaning of all of my other new flooring. This included new penny tile, a wool area rug, high-end plush carpet AND my granite countertops. Justin said once a year for carpet and every 2-3 years for marble and tile. Not any gouging of any kind.

-I would trust Justin with anything he said he could do. He is knowledgeable, hard-working, honest and kind!

I now know my flooring, granite and marble is in expert hands for the life of my home. Thank you!

Justin did a tremendous job cleaning our carpet and tile. The care he took prior to cleaning "manicuring" our carpet via scissors and cleaner made our carpets look brand new when he was finished. Our tile grout has returned to a color we've never seen since buying our home. It has been a joy to walk around our home the morning after the cleaning. I will strongly recommend him to my friends and strongly urge those who find him on the web to give him a call.

Can I give 6 stars here? Justin and his team are incredible and so reliable. Very hard to find. We own a 11 furnished luxury townhomes catering to high-end tenant profile. Justin is the only vendor we call for floor detailing and furniture care. Such a friendly person and always offers that extra layer of care if he sees anything else needing attention.

Justin at Elite Floor is excellent and truly goes above and beyond, his attention to detail is impeccable. I have had Justin clean the carpets in my house, as well as my folk's carpets. Sunday morning on Labor Day weekend. Justin just finished cleaning my couch and two chairs. They look like new and smell wonderful. He was on time and got the job done in an hour. I will definitely use his company again.
