Starting with the call!!A live person picked up the phone, lol. Tati pick up the phone and she was professional in asking the questions to make the service and price spot on.They actually showed up, confirm appointment and gave me a text to let me know they were on there way. Ben and Tati came to wash outside windows and screens, no pressure washing. Cleaned with liquid solution. No banging on the windows and they were very quiet, through and very professional.
