What a great company. I called Mike and explained my needs and problems. We needed to get 3 very large rooms cleaned and repair a 3ft by 6in tear in the carpet. Sent pictures to him and got a quote. His sons arrived early on the scheduled date, asked questions and gave their professional opinion on how to proceed. I was VERY impressed with their concern for me as the customer. I never once felt they were trying to "upsell" me. In fact just the opposite.

The repair was amazing and the carpet looked new even though it is over 15 yrs old. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and they have a customer for life!

Magic Touch Carpet Cleaning & Stretching were great from the get go. I requested a quote online and they contacted me the next business day. It's difficult for me to take phone calls during the day and they even texted me a day after I hadn't returned their initial phone call. That was extremely helpful to me as texting is much easier for me. Once I was able to speak with Mark over the phone, he was very informative and I was able to be scheduled within a week. Magic Touch Carpet stretched our carpet in over 6 areas and also cleaned our carpet. The technician's were very friendly and I was even able to go run errands while they stretched/cleaned. Our carpets look brand new and I can't thank them enough for what a great job they did on the stretching. It looks AMAZING! Just like new. They were even able to get stains out on our stairs and in our office where our dogs hang out. Thank you Magic Touch Carpet for being helpful, dependable & great at your craft! I would give more stars if I could :)

First, I texted Mark after my daughter gave them rave reviews. Mark quickly responded and we set a time to have our entire 2973 SF House carpet, tile, area rugs, and 3 small upholstered pieces cleaned. Then, Ryan was here, in Adora Trails in Gilbert on time. He looked over the house, complimented us on our being prepared and explained what he would do and how he would get it done. He presented me the pre-agreed upon price sheet and started the process. He was kind enough to point out minor issues with pet stains on one of our area rugs (We have 2 Corgis) and took extra care to get it clean. He explained how the tile was likely to look after cleaning and how long the different carpet areas were likely to dry. The cleaners are very pleasant smelling and leave no residue. Ryan is Professional, Friendly, Efficient and Fast. He was in and out in a little over 2.5 hours (He would have been faster if I hadn't asked so many questions :) ). We will be using Magic Touch Carpet and Tile Cleaning for as long as I own a home in the Valley. We highly recommend them. Thank you Mark and Ryan.

Excellent carpet cleaning service! I hired Magic Touch to professionally clean the carpets of my chandler office. They were quick, unobtrusive, and very affordable. They removed a couple of carpet stains that I didn't think would ever come out. I highly recommend Mark and Magic Touch for any carpet cleaning job!

I had a great experience with Magic Touch, they were quick and inexpensive. I had both my couch and my area rug cleaned. There are no stains what so ever, they both look brand new. It only took them about 25 minute to do. They even cleaned my entrance area without me asking, just as a courtesy. I will definitely use their services again.

Magic touch does a great job! I've hired them three times and I'll definitely be hiring them again. They not only do a great job, but they really care about making sure it's right. They won't do something that isn't needed and they have gone above and beyond to get some nasty stains out. I've got three kids and a cat and a 6+ year old white couch (and I spill coffee all the time)...and my couch is STILL WHITE thanks to these pros. This is probably the third or fourth carpet cleaning company I've hired and they're the best. Very reasonable prices, too.

Friendly and professional, clean and on time. They did an outstanding job. They did work on a whole house clean up of carpet and tile. 1,200 sq ft in less than one hour. The two brothers are an awesome team. Great job!

They did answer all my questions and concerns and also pay special attention to heavily dirty spots in the carpet. Straight estimate with no hidden fees. I even got a discount. Reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will hire them again for sure.

Magic Touch provided excellent service from the very beginning: I had a terrible experience with another carpet cleaning company in the past who never showed up for their scheduled appointment so I was cautious about finding a good company to call. I noticed in Google that Magic Touch had a ton of GREAT reviews so I called them first. Mark, the owner of the company, actually gave me his personal phone # as a contact for the day of my appointment to ensure that someone would be there! The cleaning was done very thoroughly and they even gave us tips on what to do to keep it smelling fresh for the landlord's walk through since we were moving out. Excellent customer service and excellent results because they truly care. I would recommend them 100%

Magic Touch did a fabulous job stretching and cleaning my carpeting. Ryan and Adam were knowledgeable, efficient, and quite pleasant. The house has a very clean smell, not a chemical one as I had feared. My husband and I are both very pleased with the job that was done and the price. We feel we received excellent value for our money.

I was looking for a carpet cleaner to clean our living room, bedrooms and area rug. I saw so many good reviews for magic touch so I requested a quote for my measured rooms. Compared to other companies they were affordable and my carpets look amazing! Even got some pet stains out that a previous company did not! They also gave me a window of arrival and were on time and showed us where our problem areas were. I would definitely use them again!

Very good experience with Magic Touch. They cleaned my carpet, tile, baseboards, sofa and a chair in less than 2 hours. They were very professional and explained everything they were doing. I have to admit that I waited to long to have the tiles done, I was stunned when they finished cleaning them. They looked brand new. I won't wait that long next time, I love the way my floors look now.
Adam and Ryan were our technicians, they were so great. I will definitely be recommending them and using them in the future.

We just had all of our tile and carpet cleaned by Magic Touch. My wife made the appointment and it was scheduled for the next business day. Our technicians were Adam and Ryan. They called to verify they were expected and they arrived promptly. Our floors have never looked better and we felt the cost was very reasonable.

Review amended to 4 stars as Adam did come today, cleaned chairs and fixed carpet. The chairs and Carpet look great. Adam does good work. I couldn’t give five stars because I had to make multiple calls to complete this job previously started a week ago.

Magic Touch did a great job once again for cleaning our carpets in our Chandler home.

Family Owned Company - Family Values. I called Magic Touch and spoke to a gentleman who I believe is the owner. I had quite a few questions due to a bad experience with the last carpet cleaner I used. He patiently answered each and every one of them to my satisfaction. Once I felt a level of comfort, I scheduled my appointment for the following Thursday.

The day of, the owner's son arrived early (after calling me to let me know he would). He was professional, courteous and friendly as we walked through the house to determine if it would be beneficial to do any carpet stretching in addition to the cleaning. I showed him the couple of spots that concerned me and I was surprised at the level of honesty I received from him. He easily could have encouraged me to do the stretching adding to the cost but explained that in those specific areas, it would just occur again and would not be a good use of my money. I doubt many other companies would have been that honest and instead would be looking for the $$.

I then showed him an area of carpet that my pet chewed on, so we did agree on replacing that section with some extra carpet I had. The extra carpet was from the brand new roll that was left over from 2009 when the house was built. The carpet is over 9 years old and the damaged area was also in a transition section between two rooms, a very high traffic area. The reason I mention this is because even I can barely tell the carpet was patched. I have to stare at it to see where the patch is. That tells me two things. 1. He patched the piece extremely well (even studied the nap of the carpet, studied the pattern on the back of the carpet, and even asked me what I thought before he installed it. 2. The surrounding carpet must have been cleaned really, really well to bring it back to almost new condition.

From there he started cleaning. I have a 2800 square foot house and had him clean all carpet and tile in the house. He even did a sample patch in the kitchen where the grout was the worst before he started doing the carpets so once it dried, I could see if it was to my satisfaction before he did the rest of the tile. Class act!

Bottom line, the carpets look beautiful. The tile looks great. The grout looks better than it has in 7 years (previous cleanings did not get the grout as light as this one). The baseboards look good as he also cleaned the top ledge of all of the baseboards in the house - didn't realize how dirty they were until they were cleaned.

I am very satisfied and would recommend them to absolutely anyone looking to do any carpet or tile cleaning as well as carpet repairs. I will use them again in the future and being a loan officer with customers who ask about services for their homes, I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to Magic Touch. A truly great experience and the cost was very reasonable.

Mark and Riley were great to work with. I changed the date on them 3 times because our painters weren't finished. Mark was able to adjust their schedule to make it work. Cleaned up our tile, LVT and carpet. Use these guys to get all floors cleaned where-ever I live. Highly recommend.
