We get a reminder call the day before which is helpful though they're scheduled every two weeks. The cleaners are always prompt and text if they're going to be late which has only happened once. They do a great job and we're very happy with them.

Was super hopeful for this cleaning service based on the reviews but had a poor experience with them.

We hired You've Got Maids to do a basic clean of our house and to their credit they did show up on time. After that is when the problems started:
-The maids who showed up were not aware of the instructions we'd provided over the phone (which included how to get into the house and keep our animals from escaping)
-When we realized the situation we were unable to reach the company even after calling multiple times (after leaving a voicemail we did get a call back ~30 minutes later)
-When we got home after the maids finished we realized they had skipped a room entirely (?). We called to figure out what happened and the best answer we got was that they must have accidentally missed it.
-The suggested remedy for the skipped room was to have the maids come by again the next day, but this would mean another day of doggy day care fees for our youngest pup that we didn't feel comfortable leaving in the house during a clean

As for the actual work done on the rooms that were cleaned, it was fine. There's still some gunk in the shower and one sofa looked like it was rushed but the floors and doors looked good.

On a final note, as more of a nitpick, the scheduling department is not knowledgable about the cleaning services provided by the company. I asked what the difference between a normal clean and a "deep clean" was and the scheduler said she didn't know.

Based on our experience we will likely avoid using You've Got Maids again.

EDIT: Andrew called me to chat about the review and helped me understand a couple things:
-I was not in fact speaking to a scheduling service when I asked about the normal clean vs. deep clean. Turns out this was an answering service, so that would explain why they didn't know the difference. I did talk to Andrew before the clean and he did explain the difference to me before the work was done.
-Apparently my expectations were too high for a normal clean. From what I understand the house met Andrew's expectations (other than the missed room). I was basing my expectations for a "normal clean" on the previous company we used which did a better job for the same price.
Andrew stressed how important it was to him to stay within my budget, so if the maids had stayed longer he's confident the clean would have met my expectations. In retrospect I should have made it more clear that we were willing to spend more money for a complete/satisfactory clean, as long as we got a courtesy call about them going over budget.

The ladies are wonderful! I asked them to mask up during cleaning due to our household and they have with no complaints. :) They are always on time and do a thorough and wonderful job cleaning! I have recommended them to others.

Generally, I was pleased with You've Got Maids. Their staff was kind, professional, and did a pretty good job. Their work wasn't perfect, but fit the (good) price. Both times that they broke or damaged items, those items were either replaced or the cost was deducted from the next bill.
My main complaint is feeling like they didn't stick to the scheduled service time, and I had to talk to them every month the week of the service to make sure they would come at the time that worked for me. That said, they always worked it out with me and had their staff come at the time that actually did work for me. Their customer service on the phone was always excellent.

My wife and I bought our first home. We did some updating to the house. There was dust and dirt everywhere. We called You’ve Got Maids to clean up after the remodeling work was finished. I spoke to Angel. She explained the cleaning service and cost. Since it was what she called a construction clean up, we were quoted how much time it would take based on how I described the mess. I must be good at describing the mess because the maids got the work done within the time frame quoted. We could not be happier. The maids did such a wonderful job cleaning. We are impressed with the level of detail the maids took in cleaning. They arrived within the time window they said they would. The team came in and got right to work. The maids were clean, pleasant, polite, and professional. They are worth every penny paid. We recommend You’ve Got Maids.

Candy and Helen are amazing! I always look forward to their visits. They go above and beyond while they are here and they're always so gracious with my doggos around as well. It is so amazing to have this task taken off my shoulders every other week and I will always highly recommend this team and You've Got Maids to anyone who is looking for quality maids at an affordable cost!

I decided to treat myself to a deep cleaning of my home and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Stephanie, Olivia and Geri arrived on time, were extremely professional and friendly, and did an AMAZING job. They walked through with me before beginning and asked about my areas of concern. Then they went to work and detailed EVERYTHING - ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards, the refrigerator - you name it - plus all the usual stuff. They had me walk through when they were done and ensured I was satisfied before leaving. I’m very happy with this service and will be treating myself to a You’ve Got Maids deep cleaning again.

We have a short-term rental and we have worked with You've Got Maids of Scottsdale and East Valley for over 4 years. They do an excellent job, we get compliments on the cleanliness of our home all the time, they are incredibly responsive and professional. We feel so lucky to have found them and truly appreciate the great service they provide.

We have two properties cleaned weekly and they are great. Their staff is professional and the owner cares. If something is not right, it is corrected and they always check in. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The team leads at each property are GREAT!!!!! They have done move in and move out cleanings as well, and are great and their price is very very reasonable! Look no further for the best cleaner in the Valley!

We have our house cleaned weekly, and the teams always do a fantastic job and many times go above and beyond with those extra little details (cleaning a dirty handprint off a door, window, etc.). The price as compared to some of the bigger name companies is a really great value as well. We're extremely happy with You've Got Maids and we're happy they were recommended to us.

I have used this company several times and am so impressed with how quick they are to respond. The cleaning crew always does such a great job! I also, have been so impressed with Thomas and how well he communicates and problem solves. He is amazing! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable cleaning service!

I am extremely pleased with my services. I had a deep clean done on my home and they did a fantastic job. Bathrooms and kitchen left sparkling. My stainless steel in my kitchen looked beautiful. The inside of my stove looked like it had never been used it was so clean. My ceiling fans weren’t just dusted but they wiped them down also. The baseboards were pretty scuffed up and they looked great after they were finished. They vacuumed out my window sills, dusted my blinds and wiped them as well. They steam mopped my floors, which I didn’t ask for but they took it upon themselves to do that. (Most cleaning companies do not so that) my floors looked amazing!! I would give them for than 5 stars if I could! I am definitely going to be using You’ve Got Maids as my cleaning services from now on. Thank you for going above and beyond to make my home look gorgeous!!

DO NOT USE THEM! They took complete advantage of the fact that I had already moved out of state to obtain as much money as possible from me!!

I had requested You've Got Maids to come clean my house after we moved out as we wanted to retake pictures for putting it on the market. They quoted me about 3 hours for the work, which I agreed. Come the day of cleaning, they spent over 6 hours cleaning my empty house! I have already moved so my realtor came to check out what they did and she was very upset that after 6 hours there were multiple places that didn't even look touched. When I called to inquire the very nice gentlemen that answers the phones stated that they also questioned the cleaners as to why it took so long and I was told my house was "rough". I didn't know what to say, they did agree to come out and I left it at that. Now... My house was cleaned 2 weeks prior for professional photography to put it on the market, so it was not "rough". After they came to clean again I called to ask how long that took and they said 2.5 hours, they were surprised of the lack of product the first time and the second set of cleaners agreed the house was still dirty!! I asked to be refunded a partial amount because this is insane and was told that since they came back to clean they stand by their guarantee! This is a horrible company and I would highly recommend finding someone else!
