I had heard about the two maids years ago and heard they were an amazing cleaning company. I’m in the process of moving to a different state and didn’t have time to clean my apartment before I left. Not only did they do an amazing job but they where understanding and willing to work with my family when we where behind schedule. When I returned after they were done not only was I surprised to see my apartment so clean but it was cleaner than it had been when I moved in. I just want to say how grateful my family is so the two maids for providing exceptional service. James and his wife are doing an outstanding job with there company.

Amanda and Kylie were great. Looking forward to a regular cleaning schedule.

I am currently undergoing cancer treatment and signed up for the program, "Cleaning For A Reason". This company, Two Maids, responded to my application, and today was my first of two free basic cleanings. Amanda and Jaden came while I was undergoing radiation, and I came home to a very clean home! From a cancer patient perspective, services like this help SO MUCH, both physically and emotionally, and I want to thank Two Maids for doing a great job! 👍

I’ve been through several housekeeping companies and this has been my best experience. Kalie is extremely thorough and my house always looks immaculate after she is done.
The owner is also very responsive to your needs. I’ve had several recurring cleanings done now and I have always been satisfied. Also, the products they use have a mild scent, if that’s something you care about.

My initial and ongoing communications with James were very professional. James's initial review of my home was thorough. He took his time walking through my home and talking to me about my needs and expectations prior to providing a quote. Ongoing communication was always timely and professional. Alice and Kalie arrived on time for my first appointment. They were friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with their work and will continue to use their services. I would highly recommend Two Maids, in particular James, Alice and Kalie.

I had my first deep clean from the Two Maids team today and they did an absolutely fabulous job. They listened and tended to my priorities and were very efficient working through my home. Very thankful for their amazing work and will definitely be using them again!

We decided to sign up for two maids after struggling over a year with our previous cleaning company. Two maids is professional, thorough and very worth signing up for a deep cleaning with a reoccurring monthly premium clean. Owners went above and beyond to assess me cleaning needs, listened to my concerns with previous cleaning company and made sure to check the deep clean service their team provided. You won’t regret having them clean for you!

I was extremely pleased with the service received by Two Maids of Tempe. From the ease of setting the appointment; the punctuality and professionalism of the staff and workers; and the quality of their performance; I would recommend them with no hesitation!

A special shoutout to Mari & Luisa for the excellent job they did on the “Move In” cleaning. And Mari & Riley for the excellent job on the “Move Out” cleaning. Your pleasant attitude and friendliness was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

I’ve moved again and needed 2 apartments cleaned: the one I moved out of and the one I’ve moved into. I remember Two Maids and how well they cleaned my apartment last year so I called them for this job. They did a stellar cleaning job on everything including the ovens and cabinets.

2023 Review
Overall I'll give Two Maids of Tempe 5 stars. Without providing any instructions other than "I need my apartment cleaned" the Two Maids staff knew what to do and did an exemplary job. It is difficult to impress me especially when it comes to cleaning but Jen and Amanda left the apartment in move-in ready condition and without any supervision. I am very pleased.

I scheduled the apartment cleaning about a month out. Received a reminder 24 hours prior to the appointment. Day of appointment received a notification that maids were on their way. Two Maids staff (Jen and Amanda) showed up on time and got to work.

Our oven was a complete mess with 1 year's worth of baked on grease from the many times it was used for broiling. Two Maids thoroughly cleaned the oven and made it look new again. Also worth mentioning is how well the windows and window frame tracks were cleaned as well as the arcadia doors & tracks. These areas gather a lot of nasty gunk but the maids properly cleaned these areas. I'm not talking a smear job of wiping things over with a damp cloth. These areas were thoroughly cleaned.

The purpose of hiring Two Maids was to ensure that my full deposit gets returned upon move-out. I feel that this will be no problem. I highly recommend Two Maids of Tempe for their thoroughness, attention to detail, and ability to stick to schedule.

Kalie!!!! This girl is my favorite housekeeper. I am an incredibly busy working mom to three babies under two. I work crazy Surgical hours while maintaining 3 beautiful babies and Kalie makes my day every time she comes to clean. I feel like she goes above and beyond every time she is at my house. A clean house gives me a clear mind and she really makes my home sparkle. I think my favorite day of the week is when Two Maids come because keeping up with the housework is exhausting. Kalie and Jennifer came today and I swear my house feels like I can breathe again. I’m so grateful for them, always doing a great job and going above and beyond for a busy mom! ❤️ I am so grateful!!

Jennifer did a wonderful job cleaning our home this month. She was by her self and spent a lot of time paying attention to detail and really doing a great job. She was nice and friendly to interact with and I would welcome her back to clean my home anytime!

Two Maids also responded immediately with a direct phone call to an email I sent about providing my own cleaning equipment in the future out of the necessity of my son’s sensitivities. They were very understanding and willing to work with us, as they always have been.

Our experience with Two Maids and their cleaning teams has been above and beyond and I recommend them over any other cleaning company out there.

Jaden and Clarrisa did a great job deep cleaning my house today! I’d been dreading doing things like baseboards, fans, fixtures, etc and gave Two Maids a try. The service was excellent, the communication Jaden and the team provided during the clean was very appreciated, but most of all, coming home from work to what feels like a different house is an amazing feeling. I will definitely use them for future needs!

Edited to add: Charlee and Jenn did an absolutely exceptional job today. I mean I was already grateful about accommodating the booties request and the timing, but more importantly it feels like everything is sparkling. It's not easy to get all the cat hair out of the stairs or to spot dust around plants and crystals, but they really went the extra mile today.

I'd been looking for a new cleaning service, so was very impressed with James when he came to our home for a walkthrough and explained everything in detail. We've had Amanda come for our cleaning twice now, and she's always so diligent about trying to get our sinks and tubs as white as possible - definitely a challenge in Phoenix area with our hard water! Cadence, who joined her this time, was very kind and hardworking as well! Thank you all for a great experience!

Riley & Mailee did a great job. First time customer and will have them back. They cleaned things I wasn't expecting!

I paid 305 for a deep clean. My apt is only 900 SQ ft. They were to be here 830-900. They sent me an email would be here 11-12. Showed up 11:15. Were here cleaning 3hrs. After they left my dinning room still dusty. The mantal fire place. Only the top dusted. The bottom still dirty. Rubbed my hand over it my hand was dirty. Baseboards were to be wiped down only some. The bedroom something's were dusted not all. The living room nothing on the walls were dusted. Also the bathroom but I said something and the other girl went into redo it. Finally it looked good vacuum ing never moved anything just around things. The hall only vacuumed. Didn't dust the mirror or table in the hall and picture s on the wall. So I hate to complain but for 305.00. I feel they should have done a better job.

Amanda and Tonja are amazing! They did a fantastic job cleaning! They were nice and professional. I am incredibly impressed with the level of detail and care they provide. I’m definitely going to book Two Maids again.

Two Maids, Too Many Problems”

If I could give negative stars, I would. I hired Two Maids in Tempe thinking I’d come home to a sparkling house. Instead, it looked like they hosted a glitter explosion party and left halfway through.

First off, they were late. Not fashionably late — I’m talking “are they even coming?” late. When they finally showed up, one of them looked like she’d just come from a nap, and the other named Amanda spent more time chatting on her AirPods about how filthy her clients are than cleaning, to whoever she was chatting with.

They missed entire rooms, cleaned around clutter instead of moving it, and I swear my dog looked cleaner than my floors after they “mopped.” They even rearranged my spice rack alphabetically — which would be fine if they hadn’t put the paprika in the freezer. 😐

Customer service? I called to complain and was told “we’ll pass your feedback along.” I’m guessing they passed it straight into the trash.

Save your time, your money, and your sanity. Unless your goal is to pay someone to mildly inconvenience your dust bunnies, I’d look elsewhere.
