I have used Professional Window Cleaning (DBA Pine Country Window Cleaning in Flagstaff) for the last 2 years, both to clean my windows and the gutters. They notified me prior to their arrival, arrived on time, and best of all my gutters and windows looked great when they were finished. I highly recommend the company.

We have used Professional Window Cleaning for about 10 years. Obviously, the fact that we’ve stayed with them means we’ve been happy with the services. The guys show up at the appointed time and date, get the job done well and are neat. If there’s an issue (it happened once a couple of years ago - a few windows didn’t get done) they come right back out and make it right.

We had a very good experience with Pine Country Window Cleaning in Flagstaff, AZ. They were on time for the estimate and on time for the actual services. They missed one screen and the tracks could have been a little cleaner, but overall, the guys did a great job! Two of my neighbors have now used them. I would definitely recommend them.

The owner of this company hands down is the best person we have ever dealt with! We sold him a 2007 Toyota Camry for his daughter in college. He loved the vehicle and was incredibly understanding. If you are reading this and are looking for a good window cleaning company, I promise you this is the one. The men behind this business are incredible! I truly mean it!

I use Professional Window Cleaning every year and always appreciate the detail they put into their work. They've also pointed out some possible problems I might have with the window having a seal broken or minor leak which allows me to get repairs done before damage occurs. Great crews and very polite.

These guys are as good as it gets when it comes to professionalism, courtesy & reliability. Dave always calls to let me know when we can expect his crew & they always arrive at the time they promised. They've been doing our windows for about 4 years now (6,400 square-foot home) - we get them done about 5 times a year & they have been perfect every time. Billing is a breeze, too. They email a receipt to me no later than the day after they've completed the work. I trust this company & its employees - I would highly recommend them.

When hiring services to come to our I have learned you can have customer service and exceptional work, or low price, but never both. I strive to choose customer service and experience over price. Saying that though, I found their rates extremely reasonable considering I had never hired a window cleaning professional before. I was impressed by the company’s use of technology to keep my up to date on when the windows were scheduled to be cleaned.

They were on time, courteous, wore masks without being asked, did a terrific job and we will have them back the next time we need our windows cleaned. They also did an amazing job on our very difficult to reach skylights. We definitely recommend this crew and company. We also felt the price was reasonable.

We love Professional Window Cleaning! This company has the most professional staff & always takes the best care of us. They’re considerate of our property & provide great communication about when they’re arriving & how they will be billing us. They have the best customer service as well - we’ve called at the last minute & they work hard to fit us into their schedule for extra service even though we have a recurring appt. I would highly recommend them for your window cleaning, both inside & out.

Very disappointed in the Owner, Justin. We found out he was using one of our Scottsdale properties to get quotes from his competitors so it caused a bit of a headache with our tenants. Companies were showing up at random. Use your own property and stop wasting peoples time!
