Our technician, Joey, did a fantastic job with the carpet extraction—honestly one of the best we’ve ever had. Our carpets were extremely dirty, and he brought them back to life! The service was fine, but for $300 to clean a relatively clean couch and a glider (no stains, just some dust from construction), I didn’t expect to have to clean my floors after they cleaned the upholstery…

Tay did an amazing job cleaning my 3 bedrooms and both couches! The bedroom carpet looks brand new after some years of neglect and dogs and the couch has had amazing refresh! My home feels cleaner and the carpet feels softer! I would definitely recommend and am super happy with my results!

Joey did a great job cleaning the carpets and all of the staff including Brian and Jessa were very prompt and professional with all communication. It was super easy to schedule and very reasonably priced. I recommend their carpet cleaning services to anyone!

Excellent job, exceeded expectations. Joey was very personable and hardworking. Pricing is reasonable, especially considering how quickly they got me on the schedule (and you can schedule online with up-front pricing, super easy). My only complaint is that our original appointment was 9am and it ended up getting pushed until about 12:30. It wasn’t a huge deal and they did keep me updated the whole time via text.

We have used Moxie Girl cleaning for about 3 years now. They have been exceptional cleaner for our Airbnb. I would highly recommend them.

I loved these cleaners. They were super nice until today. I let them know our cleaners had missed the microwave this time (it is clearly dirty) as well as the front of our bev fridge. They had also missed couple other things that I had asked for in the beginning.

I had every intention on keeping them after letting them know I just wanted it in the notes for next time. Instead of a simple okay next time we will do this, they let me know everything had actually been cleaned (Clearly had not whatsoever. Even my husband noticed) and that they had to pick up some toys in the hall way and my house needed to be de littered before the cleaning…..they probably had to pick up max 10-15 monster trucks right next to the bin.

I work full time and take care of a toddler full time. I’m sorry I missed some toys upstairs. Such a disappointment because they had always been so nice to me and my son. Based on this experience I don’t recommend.

I have used Moxie girl cleaning solutions for the last 2-3 years and have always been very satisfied. They are always on top of things and if for whatever reason something was missed (this is rare.) they always jump on it to fix it! Very happy with their service.
