I had Salten Pools assess my pool pump issue. Kyle was my service technician and I was very happy with the service I received.
The motor had been replaced about a year earlier and it appeared that the motor was running fine, but the pump side was not moving any water despite me priming the pump. Kyle looked at it through the pump cover with his hand and immediately determined that the diffuser was broken. This was done without him needing the uncouple the pump side from motor side. He cautioned me that there could be more than the diffuser once the internal inspection was complete and that he would need to replace the two pump seals once he took apart the pump. He also warned me that this Jandy Stealth pump was very old and that parts could be an issue. He located the model number on the pump body (thankfully it was still visible) and that this would help us possibly locate parts for it. However, he stated that Jandy’s documentation was not always clear on certain part numbers for different parts as models changed through the years and that depending on what manual was located, there could be errors/confusion. Anyway, we eventually got it figured out after the pump was taken apart. I needed a new diffuser, impeller and backing plate (along with seals). It turned out that the tapped screw holes on the backing plate had corroded away over time allowing the screws that hold diffuser to the backing plate to come loose and the diffuser breaking.
As you can see by my description, Kyle was super engaged and kept me informed and educated me on all aspects of the repair which I greatly appreciated. Since we needed to acquire the parts over a few days, Kyle was great in communicating his schedule and availability to complete the repair once the parts were obtained.
In summary, Salten Pools and Kyle rocked it on this repair and I will be using them for my repairs of my pool equipment in the future. Super impressed. Thanks Kyle and Salten Pools!

Kyle came out from Salten Pools, he gave a great presentation. Appeared to know what he was talking about. We like that we would be able to access and view everything that they did to our pool thru their app. Kyle had a great mustache, and a great hand shake to be respected. So far so good. If we use their service, I will update the review in 6 months

What a high quality company! They take amazing care of our pool, have expert communication, are incredibly knowledgeable, and have A+ customer service. Thomas has been wonderful to work with and always provides us the best service with a smile! We switched to Salten last year and now our pool is always sparkling clean! We will never go anywhere else for our pool care needs!

Extremely happy with the service they provide. As a renter we pay a fee to have the pool serviced weekly and Salten makes it worth it. They respect our property, take the necessary time needed to make sure the pool is in top shape, and communicate effectively as opposed to the previous service company who pretty much came in looked at the water and left. We had a pump pipe break and they were quick to fix it. Thomas is our regular attendant and he is very kind, attentive and goes above and beyond. On days when he can’t make, the tech always gives us notice that they will be coming to service the pool, which is extremely considerate. Really happy with Salten Pools.

Everyone from booking to the technicians were super friendly and nice and professional. The technicians arrived as scheduled, on time, with notice on their way. They showed me home care / maintenance tips too for keeping my dryer vents clean in between service.

My technician did a fantastic job, went above and beyond and was friendly and quick. Carpet looks great! This is the 5th time I’ve used Steamy Concepts and I’ve never been disappointed.

The master bedroom looked very similar to how I left it. It got vacuumed but the stain was still there that I was hoping would be taken care of and the marks where the bed was weren’t roughed up at all. I thought I was getting a deep clean, but instead it seems like it just got vacuumed and shampooed a bit. I was also disappointed at the misleading pricing you have online. I ended up paying $400 for what your website said would be $200. Putting low prices online to trick people then quoting them for $800 dollars for what your website said was 200, is dishonest. I ended up getting it down to $400 but needless to say, I will not being doing business with you again. Don’t work with this company PLEASE! All the reasonable prices are total lies on the website. Joseph also tried to make me feel dumb by saying their normal cleaning isnt good and it is only putting bandaids on the issue. Then said to do what needed to be done, it would be $890. He obviously took the opportunity to upsell, then when I got him down to $380, he didn’t clean well at all. Totally disappointed, and I will have to clean my carpets again just to get them ready for renters.

Used their service about 2 years ago. The service was really great. Now after 2 years, I chose them again and they did a terrible job. Rug dr does way better than what they did. After the technician left, I thoroughly checked entore place and I see hair and dir still there. Never gonna use their service.
