Joseph was courteous, pleasant and expedient. He explained everything before he did it and told us how to maintain it longer. We had a couch, large sectional, armchair and ottoman cleaned. Definitely would use Steamy Concepts again!

We needed our area rug cleaned because all three pets have left their mark or smell on it and it's in the living room where we all hang out, our tech Anthony Nunez rated 4.5 ⭐ was very professional and was in and out in no time. Will definitely be using Steamy Concepts from now on.

Joseph did a stellar job on my tile floors. I had some tile replacements recently and just could not get my floors clean afterwards. Joseph explained that ceramic dust and residual grout were the culprits. My floors throughout the house are beautiful now and he finished in a very reasonable amount of time. Joseph also cleaned my dryer vent and inside my dryer ventilation areas. He was very pleasant to work with and very respectful of my property. Thank you Steamy Concepts!!

Yes I been using this company for some years a couple times . They always have seem to take care of my home and I will never regret the hard work they do. When they are done with the dirty work and complete their task. Never a disappointment. Oscar went above and beyond to get our floors cleaned. Did an amazing job removing decades of buildup from tile and some stains from the carpet that I didn’t think were possible to get out. Looks great; great price; excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Steamy Concepts! They did a fantastic cleaning the carpets in all three bedrooms after we moved out. I called and was able to get scheduled for the very next day, which was a huge relief. The team was very communicative about when they would arrive and kept me updated throughout the process. They were also upfront and transparent about what results to expect, which I really appreciated. Overall, the carpets turned out great, and I'm very happy with their service. Highly recommend!

Also had the carpets cleaned in my front room where the couches are and it looks great. The technician, Oscar was very personable and explained the process as he went along. I had the fortune of having Joseph Ruiz for my technician. He was very thorough, and did an outstanding job! Looks like new! He also took care of a carpet that I have used for some sick puppies, sterilized now for the next fosters I get!

The service technician that came was Great. He was professional, informative and did the best job on our 3 rooms. We have never seen our cream carpet look SO good. Spots that had been hard to clean, are no longer there. My husband and I are extremely satisfied.

Just run from this company and use zero res instead. We tried to be cheap and use their special pricing for two room tile cleaning. The tech fell in our bathroom and chipped the paint and left a foot and a half streak on our wall. They offered 15 percent off the next service as compensation. I tried to contact their company to resolve and the rep had no autonomy and authority to find a solution for me.

We have been working with Great for about 5 months now for our Airbnb in Tempe. Venessa and team are wonderful at communication. Our guests brag on how clean the place is when they give us reviews. 5 stars!
