Wyatt Roberts cleaned our couch and dining room chairs. He was very thorough, courteous, and answered all of my husband’s questions. We would definitely use him again for future jobs.

I purchased a home and wanted it to be fresh for my move in. Specifically I had my floors steamed dryer vent and AC vents cleaned. Wyatt my tech was very prompt, he explained the process to me and worked quickly. Very happy with the service I received.

We were very specific about what we needed, a seam in our quartzite countertop that required correction. After waiting for our appointment, the representative who arrived was unqualified to assess the issue. He simply took photos and said he would speak to another technician. Honestly, what was the point? I could have sent photos myself and avoided the wait.

Unfortunately, management was no better, quick to make excuses and shift blame instead of taking responsibility for their rude and unhelpful representatives. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.

The technician was top notch! Would use him again. Pricing is misleading though. They shared with me once arriving that the 40% discount code applied when you sign up for appointment online is not accurate which increased my planned service cost by $300-$400. I ended up reducing the number of items I had planned for cleaning.

I did not want to leave a bad review.

Unfortunately, I have no alternative despite giving this company that I have been doing business with for years multiple opportunities to resolve an issue.

My dog had an allergic reaction to food and as a result had bad diarrhea on my Persian carpet. I did what I could to clean some of it but it was too big a job and I decided given the past excellent service to ask Coit for help.

The experience started with a no show on a pick up where I waited for a technician to come and he never did despite calling to confirm. Several calls and messages to him went unanswered.

I was later informed a new software rolled out that day. This I was willing to overlook. $hit happened after all, right 😂

What I wasn’t willing to overlook is the condition of the rug when it was returned to me. It was stained and discolored. However, the areas I cleaned myself were not discolored and in perfect condition.

The manager Carl called me and said “we don’t use anything like bleach” to clean. Well, maybe you may want to consider that if stains remain based on the existing process offering clients an option that if treatment is ineffective they can opt for a second, more effective cleaning. Not a great response for a business in the business of cleaning rugs!!! Fix it.

Carl also said he cleaned the rug x2 which makes no sense because I asked for before and after pics as I planned to store the rug. I got one series of before photos - not 2 - and a rug wouldn’t dry that quickly (same day). I didn’t buy the story.

All in all it was a bad experience and my rug came back to me stained. But - guess what - on my own I was able to get most of the discoloration out with about 2 treatments and several hours soaking a combination of Oxy pet and Dreft for babies.

Coit did not charge me, but for the stress and wasted time I experienced having to wait for technician who never showed up that seems like the least they could do. Not to mention setting stains into a $2K Nain rug that were very challenging for me to try to remove after getting it back.

Thank you for providing a good⁠—and exemplary—customer service experience, from taking the first call through to the technician visiting the job site, evaluating the property damage, explaining, in layman's terms, potential treatment options, and providing an estimate, along with the idea of maybe consulting with a professional service provider that specializes all the more in cases like the one, here. You are also the only one of five calls made who actually offered to visit the job site, eyes-on, hands-on, whereas the others merely requested texting photos. Your on-site visit and evaluation makes a big difference, and provides all the more confidence, moving forward.

Miguel, from Coit, did an excellent job, cleaning, polishing and repairing our travertine floors. He was extremely professional and our floors look like new. I always use coit for carpet cleaning as well. Highly recommend

Great job on the upholstery cleaning. It looks really good. We were impressed that the first guy who came wasn't sure about the cleaning because he is new in the business. He talked to his supervisor and they sent someone experienced the next day. I'm sorry I don't remember their names. Thanks to both men.

The guy did a super super great job. He was very detailed about his work. He was In a good mood, took his time asked if there was anything else we needed at the time. Great work.

My experience with COIT has always been good but this time it was exceptionally good. Mr. Price is the gentleman that serviced my home. The experience and knowledge was incredible! I had a very expensive Lazyboy recliner cleaned by him and along with my carpet. I was very satisfied with Mr Price for my recliner was a challenge because of the coffee stains on it and that it was white in color! He cleaned it so well and knew the fabric that he was dealing with. I would highly recommend COIT to future customers! Thank you again for the utmost service and dependability!!

The man who did the quote was very nice and thank goodness showed up the day of service because the technician who came was very rude. Didn’t believe that I paid for sealant after cleaning and had to look it up . He then proceeded to tell me I had to stay off floors for 72 hours. Luckily the salesman was there to help. The technician then said we don’t have any? That was after I moved 1500 square feet of furniture to the outside. Luckily the salesman had some. When asked how long it would take so I could leave and drop my dog off he said I have no idea. I even asked between 2 - 4 hours. He said I don’t know. When I came back the floors were cleaned but needed sealant in which I believe very little was applied as he said I just finished. I then looked in the door and it appeared that the entry way was dry! I stayed off floors for 24 hours and when I entered the house there were spots on floor. I will send pictures. On top of that the walls were freshly painted and there were marks all over the wall from the tubes and machines. I am very unhappy and would like someone to come out to see the job that was done. I am very upset as my house is going in market to sell on Thursday. Please understand that the salesman was very professional and even was polite when being scolded by technicians. I paid &1600 and it does not look like it was done. Please call me to set a time to see this horrible job. I spend 4 hours going around and cleaning up the walls and baseboards and even painting again. Dawn

Our experience with Coit was great. The service was amazing and our tech Aaron was very professional. He was knowledgeable about the process, explained what was happening and provided tips as to how to help keep the carpets clean. I would certainly recommend them to all I know.

⭐ 1-Star Review for COIT Drapery Cleaning
I am extremely disappointed with my experience using COIT for drapery cleaning. We entrusted them with three sets of drapes in our formal dining room, formal living room, and family room—and they SHRUNK every single set by 3 inches. Not only were our custom drapes damaged, but COIT’s service was also unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish.

Their own contract stated the draperies would be re-hung after cleaning, yet the technician who came out flat-out refused to do it. When we called the number we were given, the person we spoke with confirmed he should have completed the job—but still, nothing was done.

As a result, we had to spend a significant amount of money to have all the drapes reinstalled and the mounting hardware lowered to compensate for the damage. What was supposed to be a simple cleaning turned into a costly and stressful repair project.

The staff we dealt with were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I am genuinely shocked by how poorly we were treated and how little accountability COIT took for their mistakes.

I highly DO NOT recommend COIT for any drapery cleaning services.

They were unprofessional, careless, and created more problems than they solved. If you value your home and your time, look elsewhere.

COIT exceeded my expectations and provided excellent servicing for my business. We were long overdue for dryer vent & duct cleaning and the HVAC company that I am contracted with for annual servicing does not do commercial duct cleaning, so they referred me to COIT. When I reached out I was contacted by Sean who made the process so easy and straight to the point - no unnecessary upselling for other services which is a huge relief in my book.
Sean came to my facility to scope out the project so that he could staff accordingly and was able to get me in their books within a couple weeks of my initial inquiry. I received service confirmation the day before and the morning of servicing with an arrival window. Sean and his team: Rick, Wyatt, and Lucas, did a walkthrough with me to confirm the four zones we needed service for. The whole process only took a couple hours and the techs did an amazing job getting our ducts and dryer vents clean again.
I will 100% be using their services again for our cleaning needs and will be referring them to others who are in need of this type of service.

I had a large area rug cleaned by Coit. They brought it back today and it looks great. I had a spot that I couldn’t get up. I can’t find it now. I’m So pleased the way it turned out. The man who came to pick up the carpet and the one who brought it back, were very nice and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

So far so good. I have only done the inspect and estimate. All went smoothly. They will be here on Tuesday for the real clean. Tuesday cleaning day. Thomas was on time very prompt. He did a great job on the carpets. He had to work a little harder on some stains however was able to make them disappear. Very satisfied with the job. Clean carpets yeah.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Miguel, who delivered outstanding service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work, with which made the entire process, smooth and stress-free. Miguel had clear communication and his expertise gave me complete confidence in what he was doing. I am very impressed with the service I received, and will absolutely request Mikhail again for any future needs. Highly recommended.

COIT Carpet Cleaning is always amazing! Our technician was incredibly kind, professional, and did a fantastic job. They’re always on time, honest, and never push hidden fees or upsells. Our carpets look great every time. Highly recommend!

Rick was phenomenal! He worked over 7 hours ro do all of the cleaning I needed. In the process a couple of my prcelain tile stairs were chipped. I called the office and they agreed to have a itile specialist come out and replace the tiles free of charge.

Curtains look cleaner & better. Technician gladly went over areas a second time when asked. However not all spots came out & several hours later it still stinks in the room. Draw cords came clean by using DAWN dish soap.
