They called me in advance of coming. They were timely. I had two very dirty carpets and they look wonderful. My technician was courteous, polite knowledgeable. It was a great experience. I am having them come back to do more carpets.

Allen was professional, with years of experience. He took 25 year old tile and made it look new and bright. He did our leather and fabric sofas and chairs perfectly. He was careful about each of our personal treasures. Carpeting was sanitized. Photos show old to new.

Alan was terrific! He moved his portable vac around tight spaces of my mom’s apartment. Also around a dog and an electric wheelchair! He was friendly and gracious with my 93 yr old mom. It looked fabulous when done. He was early and very efficient. I’d call again!

ETA: new tech came today and did an outstanding job! Revised rating with new tech.

We’ve used Coit for years. Extremely disappointed in this service. Total large parts of our couch and cushions were completely skipped.

Great to work with, we had them come out to give a quote on our studio space and they had great prices. With us being in Michigan working out of state can be difficult but Mike the manager was very nice and punctual.
