I inquired on Monday through the website about their service. They responded immediately and we set up an appointment for today. The guys just left and I don't think my tile floors and carpets ever looked so good! The Upholstery also came came out great. These gentlemen are as nice as can be. I will be using them regularly and I highly recommend them!

Awesome service from the minute I called to get a quote! Made an appointment fastamd the price was not bad for the amount of stairs I have. When the technicians arrived they were friendly and got right to work. The end product was nice clean fluffy carpet again. I will definitely recommend Magic Touch Carpet to friends and family!

Adam with Magic Touch showed up on time and was very courteous and polite. He cleaned our sectional, ottoman, a few area rugs and all the tile in our home. Our floors and rugs look amazing and smell so fresh! Exactly what we needed to get a head start on spring cleaning. I will definitely use them again and will gladly recommend Magic Touch!✨😃👍

We are getting ready to sell our home in North Central Phoenix, and the carpet in the master bedroom was stained and needed to be stretched. We also wanted the living room carpet cleaned. The guys from Magic Touch did a great job! They worked hard and made sure I was happy with the results.

This is the second time I have had Magic Carpet Cleaning and I am so pleased to have found them. I am a senior citizen and its difficult to kept 2600 sq ft of carpet and tile looking great. My dogs love Adam and Ryan when they come to do their "magic". The follow up calls make me feel appreciated as a customer.

I am giving you a 1 star because you showed up and did the job. Honestly, I am extremely disappointed at your customer service. The job was done on Saturday afternoon and by Monday they were threatening to put a lien on my property without payment. I own a dozen properties and deal with many services, but this one wins with the customer service disrespect and low class. During a very busy weekend full of my children’s activities and family events, I was getting threatening text messages and emails. Not until Monday did I ever receive an invoice for my own record keeping. I will never recommend this company to anyone. There are many carpet repair services in the Phoenix area and I advise you to choose another one. This company has ZERO customer service and customer relations skills. They even accused me of not being able to pay them. What an insult!!!! I will also be posting our neighbor website, next door, and more social media platforms. Ps. I never give reviews but this one was needed. ;(

This week steam cleaned 5 rooms of wall to wall carpet in an hour. They dried in 6-8 hours. Mark L. actually erased the large dirt stains in my high traffic areas!

Excellent service although they were running late (20 min) we were called. Before Adam and Ryan got started they walked us through areas to be cleaned and explained what would take place. Then they did exactly what we talked about. Carpet was stretched and tile and grout thoroughly cleaned . Wow what a difference. I have rented a machine and did it myself before NEVER again. I We highly recommend Magic Touch for all floor cleaning needs.

Another great experience with Magic Touch. Both Adam & Ryan are professionals in every sense, explaining various aspects of what they found in the house, how they were going to treat the issue and how to maintain best practices in carpet care after they were finished. Arrived promptly and really took care of our house as high-pressure & vacuum hoses were moved around the house.

Also had our tile cleaned...amazing! You never really know just how dirty your tile and grout becomes with just normal wear & tear. The tile brightened up, grout pops now and a really adds to the aesthetics of our home.

I'd highly recommend the Magic Touch Team to anyone - you will not be disappointed!

Adam was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and his communication was great! He fixed two separate carpet areas that my puppy had torn apart and those areas look amazing now! I would highly recommend!

They did a wonderful job and were very nice and communicating before they arrived for our cleaning. They cleaned a chair in my living room that looked pretty dull now it looks new! They are super Clean Freaks and so am I. My husband met Mark at a Chandler Chamber of Commerce meeting, right place at the right time equals clean carpets, f!oors, grout and a chair! Magic Touch did a great job in cleaning our carpets and area rugs as well as cleaning all of our tile floors through out our home. My wife and I were very pleased with the outcome and the technician was solid. Thank you for the great service.

Estimated that my small area rug would be completed in 2-3 days. 2 weeks later I had not heard from them at all. I had to call over and over to get status and when it would be clean.

Will not go back. Rug ended up being very clean once I got it back, it was just not worth the hassle and super long turnaround time.

Adam and Ryan called when they were on the way to give me a heads-up. When they arrived they looked over the carpets they would be stretching and cleaning and offered some advice on how it should best be completed. They helped move some furniture out of my living room and lots of other things from my master closet. They worked quickly and did a fine job. These two young men were very friendly and did not try to up-sell any services as another reviewer commented. These are people you would want to have as neighbors or friends. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

What a great company. I called Mike and explained my needs and problems. We needed to get 3 very large rooms cleaned and repair a 3ft by 6in tear in the carpet. Sent pictures to him and got a quote. His sons arrived early on the scheduled date, asked questions and gave their professional opinion on how to proceed. I was VERY impressed with their concern for me as the customer. I never once felt they were trying to "upsell" me. In fact just the opposite.

The repair was amazing and the carpet looked new even though it is over 15 yrs old. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and they have a customer for life!

Magic Touch Carpet Cleaning & Stretching were great from the get go. I requested a quote online and they contacted me the next business day. It's difficult for me to take phone calls during the day and they even texted me a day after I hadn't returned their initial phone call. That was extremely helpful to me as texting is much easier for me. Once I was able to speak with Mark over the phone, he was very informative and I was able to be scheduled within a week. Magic Touch Carpet stretched our carpet in over 6 areas and also cleaned our carpet. The technician's were very friendly and I was even able to go run errands while they stretched/cleaned. Our carpets look brand new and I can't thank them enough for what a great job they did on the stretching. It looks AMAZING! Just like new. They were even able to get stains out on our stairs and in our office where our dogs hang out. Thank you Magic Touch Carpet for being helpful, dependable & great at your craft! I would give more stars if I could :)

First, I texted Mark after my daughter gave them rave reviews. Mark quickly responded and we set a time to have our entire 2973 SF House carpet, tile, area rugs, and 3 small upholstered pieces cleaned. Then, Ryan was here, in Adora Trails in Gilbert on time. He looked over the house, complimented us on our being prepared and explained what he would do and how he would get it done. He presented me the pre-agreed upon price sheet and started the process. He was kind enough to point out minor issues with pet stains on one of our area rugs (We have 2 Corgis) and took extra care to get it clean. He explained how the tile was likely to look after cleaning and how long the different carpet areas were likely to dry. The cleaners are very pleasant smelling and leave no residue. Ryan is Professional, Friendly, Efficient and Fast. He was in and out in a little over 2.5 hours (He would have been faster if I hadn't asked so many questions :) ). We will be using Magic Touch Carpet and Tile Cleaning for as long as I own a home in the Valley. We highly recommend them. Thank you Mark and Ryan.

Excellent carpet cleaning service! I hired Magic Touch to professionally clean the carpets of my chandler office. They were quick, unobtrusive, and very affordable. They removed a couple of carpet stains that I didn't think would ever come out. I highly recommend Mark and Magic Touch for any carpet cleaning job!

I had a great experience with Magic Touch, they were quick and inexpensive. I had both my couch and my area rug cleaned. There are no stains what so ever, they both look brand new. It only took them about 25 minute to do. They even cleaned my entrance area without me asking, just as a courtesy. I will definitely use their services again.
