My team are awesome, they work "around" us because we work from home. They are efficient, quick, and do a really nice job! My only complaint is that every 3 weeks would work best for us and they don't offer that service.

Sorry for the delay in this review of Ana & Brandi but had a hard time trying to find this site …..
I was told I would get a deep cleaning w/an oven cleaning & a refrigerator cleaning but instead I got a feather dusting in which I could have done myself …. ???
Ana even told Brandi she was taking to long in the kitchen as she was cleaning every single slat of the blinds on my back door, several slats were even left bent … ???
A bookcase & my dining room table weren't even touched…???

Very happy with the ladies that clean my house. They are careful and mindful of the glass art in my home. I think they treat my home as if it were theirs. I will continue to use their services.

After an egregious overcharge with a time discrepancy, I requested all future recurrent cleaning be discontinued. After numerous calls and emails and being told it would be taken care of, they've stopped responding. I haven't been able to contact anyone in over a week, I'm still getting notifications of recurrent cleanings, and have not been refunded the $180 difference.

It is easy to work with You've Got Maids. They are effecient and truly interested in my satisfaction. The staff is quick and polite and thorough. I recommend them to everyone whenever the topic of cleaning service comes up.

For the price it was great! Stephanie and Brittany were very respectful and thorough. The only thing that got missed were my doors and banister, although not sure that came in the package I requested. Event the dishes were done!!!

Sabrina and Kelly came out today for my initial cleaning, they pleasant and professional. My home looks amazing you could eat off my floors! Everything is perfect thank you You've Got Maids

Sorry to loose this company after 3 years of cleaning my home. The teams were always nice and worked hard but the company went downhill fast due to poor management. No show, no call, no communication. Phone was disconnected, obviously out of business. It was a Terrible way to run a business. Got a great new service now and we couldn’t be happier.

The owner Tommy is extremely professional and efficient with his communication. The cleaning crew that was sent out went ABOVE & BEYOND taking care of my rental unit! I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service!!

You’ve Got Maids are great! We have them come every other week for regular cleaning and we get an email the week before as a reminder and then get a call the day before. I highly recommend them!

I used to use a different cleaning service when a friend recommended You've Got Maids. So I gave them a shot. I thought my house was clean but WOW! now it really is clean. No going back for me. I love You've Got Maids. The ladies do a great job. I get cleaned every two weeks. I leave in the morning and come back to a clean house at the end of my busy day. Having them clean my house has relieved me of so much stress, I highly recommend them. My house is approximately 2500 sq ft / 4 bed/2.5 bath, 2 kids, and 2 cats.

staff members very unprofessional!!!!!! Staff trainer smokes with trainers in car while going too each house.. and lies about smoking in car.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! IF YOU THINK OF WORKING OR APPLYING HERE THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING IT !!!!!!

We get a reminder call the day before which is helpful though they're scheduled every two weeks. The cleaners are always prompt and text if they're going to be late which has only happened once. They do a great job and we're very happy with them.

Was super hopeful for this cleaning service based on the reviews but had a poor experience with them.

We hired You've Got Maids to do a basic clean of our house and to their credit they did show up on time. After that is when the problems started:
-The maids who showed up were not aware of the instructions we'd provided over the phone (which included how to get into the house and keep our animals from escaping)
-When we realized the situation we were unable to reach the company even after calling multiple times (after leaving a voicemail we did get a call back ~30 minutes later)
-When we got home after the maids finished we realized they had skipped a room entirely (?). We called to figure out what happened and the best answer we got was that they must have accidentally missed it.
-The suggested remedy for the skipped room was to have the maids come by again the next day, but this would mean another day of doggy day care fees for our youngest pup that we didn't feel comfortable leaving in the house during a clean

As for the actual work done on the rooms that were cleaned, it was fine. There's still some gunk in the shower and one sofa looked like it was rushed but the floors and doors looked good.

On a final note, as more of a nitpick, the scheduling department is not knowledgable about the cleaning services provided by the company. I asked what the difference between a normal clean and a "deep clean" was and the scheduler said she didn't know.

Based on our experience we will likely avoid using You've Got Maids again.

EDIT: Andrew called me to chat about the review and helped me understand a couple things:
-I was not in fact speaking to a scheduling service when I asked about the normal clean vs. deep clean. Turns out this was an answering service, so that would explain why they didn't know the difference. I did talk to Andrew before the clean and he did explain the difference to me before the work was done.
-Apparently my expectations were too high for a normal clean. From what I understand the house met Andrew's expectations (other than the missed room). I was basing my expectations for a "normal clean" on the previous company we used which did a better job for the same price.
Andrew stressed how important it was to him to stay within my budget, so if the maids had stayed longer he's confident the clean would have met my expectations. In retrospect I should have made it more clear that we were willing to spend more money for a complete/satisfactory clean, as long as we got a courtesy call about them going over budget.

Upping the review by a star based on my conversation with Andrew.

The ladies are wonderful! I asked them to mask up during cleaning due to our household and they have with no complaints. :) They are always on time and do a thorough and wonderful job cleaning! I have recommended them to others.

Generally, I was pleased with You've Got Maids. Their staff was kind, professional, and did a pretty good job. Their work wasn't perfect, but fit the (good) price. Both times that they broke or damaged items, those items were either replaced or the cost was deducted from the next bill.
My main complaint is feeling like they didn't stick to the scheduled service time, and I had to talk to them every month the week of the service to make sure they would come at the time that worked for me. That said, they always worked it out with me and had their staff come at the time that actually did work for me. Their customer service on the phone was always excellent.

My wife and I bought our first home. We did some updating to the house. There was dust and dirt everywhere. We called You’ve Got Maids to clean up after the remodeling work was finished. I spoke to Angel. She explained the cleaning service and cost. Since it was what she called a construction clean up, we were quoted how much time it would take based on how I described the mess. I must be good at describing the mess because the maids got the work done within the time frame quoted. We could not be happier. The maids did such a wonderful job cleaning. We are impressed with the level of detail the maids took in cleaning. They arrived within the time window they said they would. The team came in and got right to work. The maids were clean, pleasant, polite, and professional. They are worth every penny paid. We recommend You’ve Got Maids.
