Candy and Helen are amazing! I always look forward to their visits. They go above and beyond while they are here and they're always so gracious with my doggos around as well. It is so amazing to have this task taken off my shoulders every other week and I will always highly recommend this team and You've Got Maids to anyone who is looking for quality maids at an affordable cost!

I decided to treat myself to a deep cleaning of my home and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Stephanie, Olivia and Geri arrived on time, were extremely professional and friendly, and did an AMAZING job. They walked through with me before beginning and asked about my areas of concern. Then they went to work and detailed EVERYTHING - ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards, the refrigerator - you name it - plus all the usual stuff. They had me walk through when they were done and ensured I was satisfied before leaving. I’m very happy with this service and will be treating myself to a You’ve Got Maids deep cleaning again.

We have a short-term rental and we have worked with You've Got Maids of Scottsdale and East Valley for over 4 years. They do an excellent job, we get compliments on the cleanliness of our home all the time, they are incredibly responsive and professional. We feel so lucky to have found them and truly appreciate the great service they provide.

We have two properties cleaned weekly and they are great. Their staff is professional and the owner cares. If something is not right, it is corrected and they always check in. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The team leads at each property are GREAT!!!!! They have done move in and move out cleanings as well, and are great and their price is very very reasonable! Look no further for the best cleaner in the Valley!

We have our house cleaned weekly, and the teams always do a fantastic job and many times go above and beyond with those extra little details (cleaning a dirty handprint off a door, window, etc.). The price as compared to some of the bigger name companies is a really great value as well. We're extremely happy with You've Got Maids and we're happy they were recommended to us.

I have used this company several times and am so impressed with how quick they are to respond. The cleaning crew always does such a great job! I also, have been so impressed with Thomas and how well he communicates and problem solves. He is amazing! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable cleaning service!

I am extremely pleased with my services. I had a deep clean done on my home and they did a fantastic job. Bathrooms and kitchen left sparkling. My stainless steel in my kitchen looked beautiful. The inside of my stove looked like it had never been used it was so clean. My ceiling fans weren’t just dusted but they wiped them down also. The baseboards were pretty scuffed up and they looked great after they were finished. They vacuumed out my window sills, dusted my blinds and wiped them as well. They steam mopped my floors, which I didn’t ask for but they took it upon themselves to do that. (Most cleaning companies do not so that) my floors looked amazing!! I would give them for than 5 stars if I could! I am definitely going to be using You’ve Got Maids as my cleaning services from now on. Thank you for going above and beyond to make my home look gorgeous!!

DO NOT USE THEM! They took complete advantage of the fact that I had already moved out of state to obtain as much money as possible from me!!

I had requested You've Got Maids to come clean my house after we moved out as we wanted to retake pictures for putting it on the market. They quoted me about 3 hours for the work, which I agreed. Come the day of cleaning, they spent over 6 hours cleaning my empty house! I have already moved so my realtor came to check out what they did and she was very upset that after 6 hours there were multiple places that didn't even look touched. When I called to inquire the very nice gentlemen that answers the phones stated that they also questioned the cleaners as to why it took so long and I was told my house was "rough". I didn't know what to say, they did agree to come out and I left it at that. Now... My house was cleaned 2 weeks prior for professional photography to put it on the market, so it was not "rough". After they came to clean again I called to ask how long that took and they said 2.5 hours, they were surprised of the lack of product the first time and the second set of cleaners agreed the house was still dirty!! I asked to be refunded a partial amount because this is insane and was told that since they came back to clean they stand by their guarantee! This is a horrible company and I would highly recommend finding someone else!

I've used Two maids for about a year for many different types of services (regular cleanings, deep cleans, move out cleans). James (the owner) and his team are wonderful. First--They do an excellent job at keeping your place clean. Second--they clean super efficiently (they work in teams) so you get your house back to yourself very quickly. Third--James and Two maids are always really quick to respond to any communications via phone or text. Lastly--The cleaners are super friendly and trustworthy. I've always felt very comfortable having them there without me in the house. Sadly I'm moving, but we will miss them!!!

We have been with a competitor housekeeping company for over 4 years. While we had good cleaning service , Two Maids Tempe listened to our needs and is able to deliver a higher level of communication and customer service in addition to top notch cleaning. The owner, Frank, met with us to discuss our specific needs and came up with resolution to our needs. Mindi and Jen elevated the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. I was nervous to switch companies but Two Maids really proved to be worth it. And our fur babies are happy too... lol

I’ve been with Two Maids for almost a year and every time Mariah comes she leaves my home amazing. she always does a good job and i know my tip goes to someone who deserves it. Thank you Mariah!!

First time having my small 1BR/1B apartment deep cleaned by Two Maids. Easy to schedule, communicated well providing info and a call from the owner, team arrived as planned (I was at work). Bath and kitchen were sparkly ✨ Floors were swept, mopped and vacuumed well. Smelled fresh, clean. Alice & Jenn did a very nice job 🙌 and I’m very grateful. For a deep clean of a small, clutter-free space, I thought it was a bit pricey. Just my opinion but, I was disappointed the blinds on the only two windows were dusted, not wet-wiped clean. I feel this should have been included in the deep cleaning package. Thank you, Alice & Jenn. You saved me time this Christmas Season!

I’m writing on behalf of my partner, who gets the premium bi-weekly cleaning for his house on Wednesdays and the touch up cleaning on the Wednesdays in between. The Two Maids service is great! The cleaners are friendly, trustworthy, and very good at their job. Our regular is Amanda, who can have this house sparkling in no time even when she is flying solo. She also goes above and beyond to recommend options for additional cleaning to help with the dog marking spots that one of our pups makes and prevent rust and calcification in the shower (I tell her she deserves a raise all the time). Mariah was with her for the cleaning on 7/3 and she was also very efficient and had a great attitude. But no matter who comes, we are always satisfied with their work and the care they take in cleaning the various rooms. I would highly recommend two maids to anyone looking to find a reliable, honest housecleaning service.

I had heard about the two maids years ago and heard they were an amazing cleaning company. I’m in the process of moving to a different state and didn’t have time to clean my apartment before I left. Not only did they do an amazing job but they where understanding and willing to work with my family when we where behind schedule. When I returned after they were done not only was I surprised to see my apartment so clean but it was cleaner than it had been when I moved in. I just want to say how grateful my family is so the two maids for providing exceptional service. James and his wife are doing an outstanding job with there company.
