I used the pick up service after years of using FilterClean and dropping my filters of personally. I would have given 5 stars as the filters looked good but I got an e tea charge for heavy soiled filters. I just bought new filters this year and this was their first cleaning and had only been in my system for 4 months, they were not that bad compared to my older filters I replaced. I feel like the add one for heavy soil, or dry filters, is subjective and you don’t really know these are being added until you look at your reciept after the fact. Not a huge fee but just can feel like a sleight of hand regardless of how truly bad your filters are. Regardless I’ll still use FilterClean in the future to save water which is more important to me.

FilterClean was amazing! I live in the far northwest valley and they picked up my cartridges in the morning and had them cleaned and returned that afternoon!! They look brand new!

I was initially interested in their service due to the low water usage because it concerns me over how much water I have to use when I clean the cartridges myself. In addition, their pricing is very reasonable and their pickup/drop off service is amazing!

I will definitely use them again and will refer them to everyone I know with cartridge filters.

I have used filter clean twice now and both times have been a great experience. They communicate well, keep in touch and give recommendations on how to keep your pool filters in top shape. They pick up and deliver the filters if needed and always let you know when they will arrive to pick up or deliver. I would give them more stars if I could!

Took my Pentair pool filters to Filter Clean on Saturday September 6th. I was able to make my appointment online and was grateful they started working on them even though I arrived early.
