Stop leaving sticky notes on my door for your service, You’re littering my yard. It’s so annoying coming home from work every day to find another sticky note. We get it, you’re cheap. We like quality not quantity. You should also look into better advertising, sticky notes are tacky.

My doorbell rang, i was just out of the shower but tried to get to the door quickly only to find a stupid post-it not stuck to my door, from this company! Now there is a clear "NO SOLICITING" sign at my door but I guess they ignore that. So here is my answer CMK pools...

If you cannot respect my request there is no chance you will ever provide me service at my house.
Sadly when I read the previous reviews I see the SAME complaint, I guess CMK pools just doesn't get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trevor takes care of my pool currently and is doing a superb job. I highly recommend CMK pools.

Surprised in the best way by Trevor and his company. Showed up. Got the job done. Did it very well. Did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need. And the price was less than I expected.

I was a customer of theirs for about nine months. Of which three months my pool is green, magically my pool sweeper was exchanged out for a broken one and they asked me to do work on my pool that was unnecessary. I would stay as far away from this pool company as possible.

Was referred to CMK and couldnt be happier! Trevor really takes pride in making sure my pool looks great before he leaves :)

I set up a monthly service with these guys and i was very dissatisfied with the service. They hired completely inexperienced techs that had little to no experience. After several complaints and no action i told them to discontinue my service. This is where these crooks tried to say they continued servicing my pool and later i found out they had sent me to a collection agency. Beware!!! I learned the hard way.

They do a wonderful job cleaning my pool every week! It was full of algae before I switched pool cleaning services and now its crystal clear.

Good communication, good email with details about current water chemistry. Some maintenance work can be a little pricey but the fast communication and the good recommendations that the techs have given have been well worth it.

Owner should learn how to listen to his customers and not talk over them.
I was charged for additional chemicals that were not approved and then expected to pay for them. Only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because it is required. Worse case of customer service I have ever had. I missed making a few payments on time but have always paid them. Owner said to me "you live in a big house and your complaining about paying a late fee" how is it any concern of his what size house I live in. People really should not judge the book by its cover.

This company does NOT respect posted “no soliciting” signs on doors. And claims their door-to-door company has a “right to leave their signs unless the house is covered with no soliciting signs”....Um excuse me? My home should not have to be “covered” in signs for you to respect our wishes. Our home. Our property. They may be able to clean pools well but given their poor customer service and how their business ethics SUCK...in my opinion they aren’t worth using when there are plenty of pool companies out there that actually respect the wishes of homeowners.

Poor pool servicing. Do whatever they want to your pool without asking. Don’t care about the customer or their concerns. No idea how to clean a pump. Disconnect vacuum on random days. Unprofessional. Will be going with an entirely different pool service. Because this experience has been horrendous.

Recently moved into a house with a pool. My friend recommended CMK. Theyve been great. Trevor takes pride in making sure my pool is perfect.

Have been with this company for years and they have always left my pool looking perfect! Am so thankful that Trevor takes such great care of my pool couldn't be happier with the service.
