Excellent company who attended my property to deal with a leaking water heater on a Friday after hours at 7pm. They were there within 40 minutes. The gentleman, Joshua, who attended was a very respectful, fantastic plumber who promptly attended to the leak. As he provided us with utmost confidence we took the opportunity to buy 2 x new water heaters and 2 x water treatment systems for the house. (All needed doing in reality). He came back on a Sunday to install one of the new water heaters and a few days later to install the rest. The job was nothing short of amazing, tidy, knowledgeable and the end product was SUPERB. We spent over $10,000 thank you to Joshua, the no pressure sales attitude and the fair pricing gets you everywhere and I am certain more companies should take this approach. Joshua is a credit to the company and a valuable asset to Wolfgang. Absolute 100% recommend this company, I shall be replacing all 5 of my AC units in the coming years with Wolfgang.

Carlos carefully assess the situation and re-lit our pilot light. Suggested that if it went out again, we should consider repair or replacement of our water heater. He explained everything very carefully.

Pat came out to fix our AC. He was on time and friendly. He got our heat working again and got us a good deal. This is a honest company who stands behind their work.

Work at gruelichs where our back flows got stolen. And now a massive leak just past our main. Both times Alex has come to our emergency calls with a great big smile and ready to tackle the issue. He's professional and awesome to talk to! Thank you for your great work and fast emergency services.

Eric diagnosed my failed thermostat. Previous call went long but he still showed at 6 p.m. Clearly explained the costs and options toward resolving the problem.

Very polite, answered all my questions, explained well, very conscientious, timely, work was neat, finished before estimate. I thought Craif Graese was great. Needs to smile a bit more. Would trust him again.

A+ service. Jake & Wyatt were very respectful of my space by laying down cloth to keep the floors as clean as possible. I am also a remote worker and anytime I have work done, my dog gets the office and I have to work in the kitchen. I had a few calls and both gentlemen were quiet when passing through. Overall, very impressed with the quality of service!

We've had quite a few issues with our plumbing at our business and Wolfgangs has come through every time. They came out right away on Sunday which is much appreciated and came out today and Alex is amazing! He was very thorough and water jetted until the problem was resolved. I will never call another plumbing company!

I've been with this company for years to complete my AC/Heater maintenance. I appreciate the call updates, if there is a delay and I always request Ozzy (Bear) to be the person to come to my house. He is very personable, respectful of property, and cares about the his work.

I chose this company because of their posted BBB rating, and I wasn't disappointed! After getting so many warnings and horror stories of other companies, I was hesitant, but as soon as I opened the door and met Josh I knew everything would be OK! Josh was efficient, had the repairs done before I knew it, cleaned up, no mess for me to deal with afterwards! Definitely A++ service. I would highly recommend this company, and Josh specifically, without hesitation! Thank you for making this a not-scary-at-all experience for a senior! Reasonable price for peace of mind.

Excellent service, water heater broke with leakage everywhere. They arrived within an hour or so; technician Joshua Ontiveros was the best, courteous & professional, he did an excellent job! Extremely happy with the service, new equipment, installation and removal of old equipment 🤗

I had a leak under my kitchen sink fixed and my hot water heater flushed. I decided to have a water filter system put in to finally get rid of chlorine in my water. (something I’ve thought about for a while. Perez had all three done before noon! He was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and friendly and personable. I’m very happy with this service and highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with our cooling, heating, and plumbing technician, Eric. Eric was quick to respond, friendly throughout the entire visit, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and provided helpful information about maintaining our system going forward.

I especially appreciated Eric’s attention to detail and respect for the property; he made sure to put on shoe covers every single time he came inside. That level of professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend!

Pro: The install tech was friendly, professional, and got most of the job done in a timely manner.

Con (original experience1/5 stars): Broken promises and poor communication from the sales and management team. The salesperson promised that the new return for our AC would have the same size filter as our previous one. When it was installed, the filter size was different. I mentioned it to the installer, and they assured me it could be fixed in two weeks once the new part was built. That was over a month ago.

Since then, I had to chase Wolfgang’s repeatedly to get this addressed. Every time I called or texted, I was told someone would call me back—yet no one ever did. David was particularly bad about this, and when I finally got in touch with his manager, John, he handled it exactly the same way: promising a call back that never came.

Update: After much frustration, I was able to connect with the general manager, who personally came out to my house. He corrected all of the outstanding issues, apologized for the poor communication, and made things right. I appreciated the effort he took to follow through.

While my initial experience was very disappointing, the company ultimately resolved the problems and took accountability. Because of that, I’ve updated my rating to 4 stars.

Not sure which service this was for. If it was for the plumbing inspection that was fine although the service person was unable to drain the water heater. He came up with several thousand dollars of maintenance options which we probably won’t do.
I thought the service was going to include drain maintenance not just turning
on faucets to if they drain. Only the water heater clean out would have been useful but he said he couldn’t do it.
If it was for the winter heater inspection it was a complete failure. The first service person that was sent a few weeks ago
couldn’t do anything because he said your computers weren’t connecting. The person sent last week just got started and left because of an emergency somewhere else. We will have to sent up another appointment - the third one. This is getting old.

We have been loyal customers for many years and previously received outstanding service from technicians like Chris and Todd. However, since 2023, we've experienced a noticeable decline in service quality from newer technicians.

One technician, in particular, appeared overwhelmed during her visits. She had to return multiple times due to alerts she initially overlooked, and ultimately left behind a makeshift wiring job that appeared rushed and unprofessional. We questioned the wiring during our final maintenance appointment under our original 10-year plan and were told it was fine even though it clearly looked substandard.

Roughly a month after our warranty expired, the associated AC unit failed. Wolfgang diagnosed the issue as a failed circuit board and recommended replacing the unit entirely with a Lennox system.

While seeking financing options, we obtained a second opinion from another company. To our surprise, they found that the AC unit itself was in excellent condition. The real issue was a frayed wire directly related to the earlier poor workmanship. After repairing the wiring, all error codes cleared and the unit resumed normal operation.

This experience is extremely concerning. A misdiagnosis nearly led to a costly $15,000- $20,000 unnecessary replacement. Moreover, the root of the problem traces back to preventable technician error under Wolfgang’s care.

I bought a new Bosch HVAC system and was told, by the Owner, that it had 3 years Parts AND Labor warranty. The unit was over $10,000. Well, the owner sold out, my unit went down and now they want $1,800 to fix it. They billed me for this--$125--and I refused to pay. It's not even 2 years old! Today, they found my new credit card number and billed me $113. Giving me a $12 discount. It is owned by Private Equity now. BEWARE. Not only was I lied to and misled, now a fraudulent charge on my credit card. Skip this company and save yourself from shady dealings.
