This place is terrible!! Don't hire this company for cleaning services, they change their crew every month and that's because they steal other people's money, my wife and Friend invested 9000$ in their franchise program, it's been 2 months and they Haven't pay what they were supposed to pay in the agreement, we are looking to file a lawsuit against them, do not invest or hire this company you will regret it!!!!

I have used them for a few years and the past year was the worst. I would ask them to stick to the contract and just clean what I pay them to clean and they keep missing things and tell me they will get it next time. I pay to have it all cleaned every time. what a joke and after giving them the notice three months before my contract renews they renew it anyways and tell me I never gave them the notice. KEEP all emails you send them because they with mess with you.

It is not too often that I review things, however I previously had given Compass Cleaning Solutions a 4.6 star, however in the years of service, I have watch a declination of superiority. I addressed an issue with the quality manager last week and the same issue still exists this morning. Not sure how hard it is to pull a trash can away from the wall and clean up trash or wipe the wall down that has had food on it for weeks.

Compass has done an exceptional job for our manufacturing facility. They tell me they can't guarantee same day sanitization, but every time I have been in a pinch and need it they have come out and done it. Mark Fleury has done an amazing job of planning a cost effective sanitization program for our facility. I am proud to say with nearly 300 employees, we have had ZERO community spread of this virus within our facility.

Hired Compass to complete a restaurant cleaning. Everyone was super friendly and I believe genuinely wanted to get the job done, but results just weren’t there……Sales Rep didn’t set expectations, cleaners missed scheduled appointments, had to have cleaners come back out multiple times due to missed equipment and areas. Customer care specialist seemed to be detached. Look elsewhere.

We have been using Compass for several years and they are always very responsive to our office cleaning needs. They call regularly to see how we are doing which is a nice personal touch. Our assigned cleaning employee Martin is very helpful whenever we have special requests as well.

Jeld-Wen Phoenix has been a customer of Compass Cleaning for years. We get many companies coming in trying to get us to change but we have been very happy with the service thru the years. When we have a special cleaning request they do it right away and do it well. Our last special request was for window cleaning and they came out perfect and the cost was fair.
