From my experience, this company makes its money off the hard work of others. Vanguard doesn’t actually provide cleaning services — they simply take a cut from the contracts and move on. Be cautious when picking up accounts from them; they’ll make big promises and talk impressive numbers, but the reality is very different. Many of the accounts don’t make financial sense — you’ll be lucky to make enough to cover your employees. My advice: don’t buy into the franchise. You’re better off growing your business independently instead of working with companies like this.

Town & Country cleans our office, so when I needed a cleaner for my home I called Michelle and she gave me a number to one of her cleaners. They did a great job. My wife was very pleased and the price was right. Even though cleaning homes is not their main focus they took the time to take care of me. I have already recommended them to a friend.

We hired Town and Country for our office cleaning. They replaced the prior company we had. I do have to say the level of professionalism that the owner Michelle gave when she came was what sold them to me. She is also extremely personable, and friendly. She assigned Marisela and Ana to clean our offices. They have come to clean twice so far but the cleaning is impeccable. I would definitely recommend.
