This is the company that services our HOA and let a tree rot until it fell into my driveway on my car. Separately, this morning, they were drilling loudlyoutside our back fence at 6am.

ProQual takes care of a couple communities we manage. They are responsive to the needs of our clients, and do a great job at keeping the communities looking good. We would recommend them to anyone looking.

one of their drivers almost hit us in an almost empty parking lot coming within an inch of the side of our car and a light pole. They would have hit us if we didn't reverse our of the spot and would not have been able to get out of the car. When confronting them they didn't care and went back to playing on their phones.

Another truck #148 driving recklessly out on the road and customer service doing nothing but treating you like dirt when you tell them about it which probably translates right to how they treat their customers. Highly advise to find a better option if available.

I work with ProQual on several of the communities that I manage, and they are great and very easy to work with. Very thorough, leaving less work for me to follow up on when it comes to landscaping.

My HOA contracts this impossible to reach company. Today, I finally got to see who comes and pretends to landscape our parks. It was "Pro"Qual.
The work is always bad, but here is the issue. A tall, very tall, white male in a boonie hat with a multi colored mesh cover made a point of staring at my daughter while I played with her on the playground. He continues to stare at us as we leave after we tried to move areas but felt uncomfortable as he was still staring. We made it out of the park and he has decided to move and keep staring. We rounded a corner, completely out of the park and he was pretending to change a trash can for over a minute to stare at my daughter as we left. I tried to call them for some time but no one picks up in sales, there is NO operator, no one picks up in any department actually.
If ProQual managemnet is brave enough to contact me, or even answer the phone during business hours I wont call the police next time he is in my neighborhood and I can get a description and plate. I will get a picture next time as I will bring other adults. These people are allowed to come in and out of our neighborhood freely, and clearly this can pose a safety hazard. This person had zero reason to stare that long, much less basically follow us.

Beware, ProQual is unprofessional inexperienced landscaping company. The workers are totally inexperienced and take no pride in their work, that comes from the top. Its totally all about money-they do not adhere to contracts, the company should not be defined as a landscaping company. ProQual (would that be short for Professional Quality or POOR QUALITY) letter to the Better Business Bureau.....and share with the Chambers of Commerce and other business professionals

Seen Eddy Garcia at Solero taking care of the landscaping. Asked him some questions I had and he answered everything respectfully! Really appreciate what you guys do for the HOA community.

They were just awarded contract in our neighborhood, now we have their crew speeding through the neighborhood while playing on their phones, tossing cigarettes out the window, missing 3 foot tall weeds, and their trucks and trailers have illegal flashing lights (white to the rear) which makes it very difficult to see early in the morning sometimes.

    Very unprofessional crews.

ProQual worked for our HOA for two years. They made many promises, most of which they never kept. For the price that was charged, you would expect things to be done quickly and well; however, that was not the case. I have noticed that several reviewers have stated that it's a great place to work. I'm glad that they treat their employees nicely because they don't treat their customers well.

This company does the landscaping for our HOA and for some including myself our front yards are covered. They do a terrible job. A child could do a better job shaping the bushes. There are weeds in the grass that take up over 70 percent. I guess if it looks green from the street that hood enough for them. I am constantly complaining to our management company. DO NOT use this company.

They do a horrible job for our HOA. The parks grass looks like hay…mostly dirt..and the trees are dying. I am very unhappy with this company.
when we first moved into Queenland Manor and Queen Creek… The grass in the nearby park was green and beautiful and all of our grandkids wanted to go there and now they won’t go over there. They tell us it looks horrible and it does. I don’t go over there

Not very happy with the guy driving. Cutting across 3 lanes just to cut me off to go back to the center lane. Huge trailer and doesn't know how to drive it.

This company was doing tree trimming for my HOA. HOA said they would be here on the week of the July 15 so I wasn’t expecting them here on July 24. I heard them outside so I went out to ask if they needed to me to move my brand new vehicle that I bought 2 weeks ago. They said no, so I went to look at my vehicle since it was parked in my driveway, but toward the road. This company had parked their wood chipper right in front of my vehicle. They had a whole street to park it, but decided right in front of my vehicle was the best spot. I had chunks of chipped wood all over my hood. Some were 3 inches long by 1/2 inch. Also had saw dust all over my whole vehicle. I couldn’t move my vehicle because they were blocking my driveway. I immediately got I. My vehicle to move it and they got in the chipper and moved it. I then had to throw all the wood off my vehicle to make sure there wasn’t any damage. I found a small chip on the front, but can’t prove it was them.
I then called the company and spoke with a manager and he said he was sorry and would use it as a teaching moment to make sure they watched out for peoples property. Common sense to not spray wood chips all over someone’s vehicle. I had to pay to go get it washed and get touch up paint. Never once did he offer to get me a wash or anything. Stay away from this company unless u want your property damaged.

ProQual has always been my go-to landscape management company for large scale communities throughout the valley. Was very happy when they started servicing smaller communities as well. Always attentive and quick to take action on items raised by the community members.

I appreciate the level of care both Kendra and Bryan show in taking care of the HOAs and Management companies they work with.

Will give 0 stars if I can. They are contacted in our HOA for landscaping and do the absolute worst job in keeping our landscaping in good shape

This company does our community landscaping. Nothing is getting done much beyond mowing the grass. The truck comes in once a week and the guy sits there for hours. The bushes aren’t getting cut there is broken branches and rocks all over sidewalks. It’s horrible.

The operator of this vehicle was recklessly driving over 60 miles an hour on Signal Butte, and nearly drove us off the road because they couldn’t properly follow the signs and merge. We had to act quickly in order to avoid a collision. I see multiple reviews of the same type of driving. This company needs to speak with their drivers about safety. I sure hope this company places as much value in the workers the employ as the do in the landscaping they provide.

Proqual was contracted by my HOA at Fireside at Norerrra. Their work sucks. My husband and I have lived there for 8 years. Since ProQual was contracted our beautiful landscaping has gone downhill fast. The only way we get anything done is by complaining at board meetings and emailing our manager. Why should we have to do that? Here are a very few pictures of the many we took along just one road: Quail Track. These show the dead and almost dead plants plus cholla cactus waiting to blow into someone's dog or shoes.
