The plant portion of the center is modest for Home Depot but excellent.The remaining portion is big. Jeremy staff plus ASU student approached me outside and spoke with me three times. It set a nice tone for the visit. My thinking is Jeremy helps things to happen. That is to our customer advantage. Often I feel as though I were invisible. I especially appreciated his talking was not canned.

Inside the store everything is very organized.

The parking lot is a Jungle. :/

After my dryer took a dump at 9:30pm with 2 loads of we close home depo was the only place open were inflatable could by one the same night. I walked in at 9:50
12-17-2025 went to service counter applied for a credit card bought my new dryer and was loaded up to my truck in by 10:15
The person at the counter has great customer skills, he could of easily turn me down since it was almost closing time..

My neighbors used these guys and boy do they regret it. The job has been going on for 5 months now and still isn't finished. Dirt piles blocking the street for months, trucks blocking driveways over and over, garbage from their lunch left in the yard every day, while the employees sleep in their yard. Pretty sad. We went with another contractor and they finished in 10 days on a much larger project.

We moved to Arizona in November of 2017, we worked with Evolution Concepts to design & install our pool, spa & backyard. From conception to the end the process the entire team was professional and responsive in every manner. I have never written a bad review in my life. However, this company strung us along for two months, we sent a deposit and sign agreement and then they did not follow through with the work. They did let us know that the designer we were working with fell ill. He didn't seem to care that we had been working with his team for two months and were promised a March start date. On March 16th, Drew called me and stated the designer was very sick, the bid was too low and he didn't want the job anymore. We feel like the right thing to do would have been to stand behind our signed agreement and handle what ever issues you had with our bid on the inside...don't leave your customer out in the cold. We didn't have a good experience with Evolution. Their follow through is terrible - consider that before investing too much into them. The owner didn't seem to care about the customer at all. Drew did send our deposit back to us.

Just finished our awesome pool and landscaping with EEC and a great experience from day 1 with these guys. From first meeting with Don and Drew's design hitting all the items we wanted incorporated on an abnormal lot, to Donny and Ron bring the design to life, we had a great experience. This very complex project was finished in only about 4 months. I threw pretty much every curve ball at them as I've now built 4 pools and this is the pinnacle. Great bunch of people to work with and would highly recommend using them.

I referred Evolution Exterior Concepts to one of my home buyers to remodel their pool and overhaul their backyard. Talk about a transformation! Started my project 2 years ago and it still isn’t done. They refuse to come back to finish to job. This is headed to litigation. I do not recommend using this company. Highly unprofessional and unaccountable. Double check all your invoices. We’ve numerous large accounting errors as well that they also refuse to address. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Where to begin. First off project took over 2 years to complete. The pavers put down were not the pavers we agreed on, plus they were not even level. The pavers put down looked used and were all broken. They called them tumbles pavers. We didn’t want them since they were delivered but they put them down anyway. The water feature wall on the pool leaks and causes terrible calcium buildup because it was not sealed or installed correctly. They will tell you the pool will be 5ft from the wall when in reality it’s over 6 feet from the wall. Rain would cause water build up on the house but the owner Drew thought that water had to sit for almost a week for it to be considered defective. Arizona Registrar of Contractors came out and told Drew water sitting for half hour is considered a draining issue. We had a pergola put up and the owner Drew thought the top of the pergola would be the same color as the rest of the pergola, but Drew was wrong again. Some owner of a company, right? They never want to fix any of their errors, unless it’s in writing and makes excuses for everything. Drew is not a man of his word, and if you want your backyard done right, SHOP ELSEWHERE!! EEC only cares about getting paid and we paid in cash, they still don't care. Such a joke of a company and Drew is the worst owner a company can have.

The owner and designer of this company are a complete sham. They were paid to redo the landscaping, pool and driveway at my home in North Scottsdale. The project took over a year and a half and I paid in full. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. Pictures were taken one week after final payment so you get a feel for the finished work. I have begun work with a new contractor to remove/replace all the landscaping, fix the hardscaping, lighting and pool.
