We bought a house where the landscaping and irrigation system was made by the company few years ago.
For the irrigation system they used the cheapest material and every other month we have issues with it.
Also, the landscaping at some part of it, is odd and doesn't make sense.

When we started searching for a landscaper I braced myself for a frustrating experience, but Poco Verde delivered exactly the opposite. They were all attentive to every detail through the entire process from design to finish, and demonstrated exceptional professionalism and customer service. We will happily recommend Poco Verde to anyone who asks and will contact them first for any future work we need done.

4 out of 5, the end result we liked. Overall the process was fairly easy, I will say at the time of install of our landscaping the customer service was lacking. We never received a final walk through and the care guide we were emailed was not accurate to what our yards actually needed. However when our dissatisfaction was recognized, Victor came and was an amazing help!! He not only gave us the true care instructions and apologized that we never had a walk thru. He put in for our loose pavers to get fixed and took the time to address our concerns and assist to getting our landscaping back to where it should be. I would recommend using Poco Verde however make sure you ask for a final walk thru and care instructions.

Raheem is the man. He's super easy to work with. He pays attention to the details of what your vision is for your landscaping. The crew will work tirelessly on your project. The pictures are just the first step in our vision.

This company has made my backyard a true 'staycation' spot for my family. The quality of the work is 5 star. Juan and crew did great quality work. The owner Bob really cares and is active always to get the job done. Richard and Gary are great! They both helped made sure my pool completed accurately and as quick as possible. This company is worth your investment.

The team of Poco Verde worked with us during a very difficult time. Pandemic and a different pool builder. Two year process to finish the landscaping is not the fault of Poco but with our pool builder (Prez Pools). Poco Verde landscaped our backyard for our new home. Gretchen Jacobs is our main point of contact throughout the process. She is professional, responsive, and considerate, always available to answer our questions, concerns, and make adjustments when needed. We met with her and Martine’s crew a few times on site, and they were helpful in explaining the work and open to feedback. While most designs are done in 3D these days, Gretchen has a unique talent for hand-drawn designs, which added a personal touch. It's still early to know how everything will hold up over time, but so far, we appreciate and we’re happy with the service we’ve received.

I left some pictures to share our experience with poco verde. At the end of the day it was finished, but poco verde uses subcontractors that just don't care about the mess they leave behind. To schedule them isn't always easy. Supervisor hardy ever showed up, always had to communicate with Ronnie by phone wondering when the next phase or why contractors would leave a mess, I understand it is a construction site, but not a dump site. So for the landscape i would give them 5 stars, but I think that they need need to figure out what they want to do with pools it took just over 3 months from the time we signed contract.

When we decided to build our retirement home, our builder's rep gave us the names of three landscapers. We emailed all three of them and requested their input. One of them did not respond, a second one advised us to contact them after we had signed for the house. Poco Verde showed from the onset that they wanted our business by responding with a positive message. And they were involved with us from the this point on. Our designer (Patrick Brown), had us into his office when our house was nothing more than 2x4 framing. He got the plot dimensions and house floor plan from the builder, then listened to what we wanted and drew up a plan. As construction of the house advanced, he willingly changed the plans twice (without additional charge) to accommodate different ideas, etc. based on what was happening with the house. The end result was that by the time we signed for the house, we already had a landscaping plan ready to submit to the HOA. We signed on 28 Dec, the HOA approved the plan in early Jan, and Poco Verde was employed less than two weeks after we moved in (probably sooner than we'd have even gotten started on developing the plan itself with the second landscaper - the one who wanted us to wait). Poco Verde advised us they would start in about two to three weeks but materials were delivered in about 10 days. They advised it would take 4 to 6 weeks to complete, and were done in about five. AND ... the end result is simply fantastic! We have a beautiful back yard with a patio made of pavers, a grass section (for the dogs and to practice golf [putting]), gravel, and plants. All with a well working underground sprinkler system. The workmanship is fantastic (special mention of Ivan, the lead man of the actual work crew). The pictures we are including with this review will attest to the quality of the work. Based on our experience, we would HIGHLY endorse Poco Verde for your landscaping needs!

I had used Poco Verde on 2 different occasions and had worked with Matt at the office on both installs. The first time I had used them was in June 2019 for my initial landscaping after the completion of my home build with Fulton in Ironwood Crossing. They were spot on with there attention to the installation, punctuality and price. The install went well and all as promised and contracted for was completed. Approx. 3 months later a tree had died and I notified them and they came out and replaced the tree within about 2 weeks from the initial notification.
The second time I used them was in Aug. 2020 for install of side-yard pavers and a dry river bed in front and additional rock placement. The install for that went just as well as the first and all was completed within 2 days and the area was well cleaned up afterwards.
The foreman for my project was Martin and My installers were Mario and Yvan and they did a great job while pushing through the 115 degree temperatures and completed as promised within the 2 days.
I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again on the next project.
