Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing and Electric was 1 of 4 estimates that I received. Danny did and excellent job in providing me with 3 different options to fix the leaking main water line into the house. He was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable, as well as, doing an excellent job repairing the line at an affordable price. I highly recommend him and this company to anyone who needs plumbing repair.

Josh was an excellent tech! He spent the time to explain everything to me. He inspected our water heater and HVAC and water filtration system and made some very good and honest recommendations.

Amazing job by Eric Rankin on the permanent light. He came on Christmas Eve and weekends to finish the job to my satisfaction. Will recommend this company and especially Eric Rankin any day

Luis was friendly and very thorough, He went through all he found with us and explained each finding in detail, then let us decide how we wanted to proceed. He gave us options to upgrade our HVAC system, or do the individual repairs that were indicated. He was great at answering our questions and did a great job for us.

Jason came out and serviced my water heater. He drained it. Said it should have a valve replaced to reduce sediment from forming. Also said my pressure from the valve that the city installed needed to be repaired. Prices quoted were rather high, but I’m not an expert on plumbers. Overall Jason was knowledgeable and efficient.

Service technician was very quick. Very cordial got things done very quickly 45 minutes or less from the time he arrived, but the pricing was way too high almost $600 for less than an hours. Work is better than a mechanic can make.

We bought a home in March. Had a water treatment system that had been turned off for a year. The guy from Tucker Hill was the 3rd plumbing company we had out to take a look. All the others wanted to install a new system. This technician was willing to take a look at our system. It was fixable! Instead of a $4700 new system, we were able to have ours rebuilt for less than $1000! If you live in Apache Junction, you know how bad the water is. Ours is sooooo much better now! This company is professional, courteous and trustworthy.

Got a new tankless on demand water heater. Really a lot of work. David worked nonstop for more than six hours without stopping so I could have my house water on. He did a great job. Everything was left looking good.

My experience with Tucker Hill has been amazing thanks to Joseph Morales. He was nothing short of exceptional in their work ethic and went above and beyond! Great attitude and willing to work with my schedule and capacity to provide reasonable prices and flexibility. From the responsiveness and proactive communications, they notified me of their coverage and kept me informed without over pushing extra services I didn't need/can't afford. He was very diligent, patient at answering questions, and effective at getting my piping replaced when working with another unit owner. Very prompt and kept within schedule. Super considerate in cleaning up and even marked some areas to make the job easier for some of the other work I needed done from other specialists. On top of that, they helped put on the tub-spout after and notified me of another leak found at no additional cost. If it wasn't for their awesome quality care, I would've just had a pipe replaced (which works great), but because of my positive experience I will be looking into and trusting my other household and maintenance service needs with them.

I wouldn’t have written a review, but having not reached out directly (I was routed by Angie’s list in a sneaky way - called a local electrician and somehow they forwarded my name), the level of correspondence is what I’d consider to be harassment. 9 Text messages, 7 emails and I don’t know how many phone calls as I started ignoring them, just to get a quote is a little much. The only reason I’m not giving them 1-star is because the technician, TJ, was very nice and professional, but he lost that job due to the company’s antics.

My fan has a sway to it. TJ told me that all fans have a little sway to them. Phillip installed a fan in my living room and adjusted the sway and now there is none. And none of the other fans in my home have a sway to them. Now it is swaying quite a bit. I was told by TJ that Tucker would not come back for something like this. It was swaying touch when he left and now it is worse. I like Tucker and the way they have treated me and worked with me.

TJ was very professional. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed my electrical issue and explained every thing to me very clearly. He completed the work and made sure everything worked afterwards. I would 100% recommend.

Luis Flores from Tucker Hill was fantastic — friendly, courteous, and clearly a pro at what he does. He showed up right on time, diagnosed the issue in minutes, and had my air conditioner running perfectly before my coffee got cold. No pressure, no nonsense — just honest, efficient service done right.

This review WEB site broken, will NOT allow me to enter the services that we did get. They were supposed to be
1) Toilet Service / repair (Raul's initial est ~ $300)
2) Bathroom Vanity faucet repair.
3) Water Heater anode replacement. Water Heater Flush Labor was part of original purchase 1 year ago. .

1) Raul up-sold me to a complete Toilet replacement (I agreed, but specifically to an American Standard Tall & elongated bowl.)
Ended up with a different brand, but not advised of the change until I asked .
2) Bathroom Vanity Faucet (Price Fister). Raul was unable to install the new Price Fister faucet cartridge that I ran out and purchased from Central AZ Supply (1 mi away).
So, I agreed to a new faucet, specifically a Price Fister model to exactly match the other sink in the same bathroom.
Only when installation began did I discover that a different brand was being substituted, instead. NOT what I agreed to, but everything was all apart by then.

3) Water Heater sacrificial anode was seized (< 1 year old unit) and Raul shared that it could not be removed.
A new anode was installed at the water inlet location. What do we do next year ??

The total bill was approx $2,000 .... way more than it could have been.

YES, I did agree to both up-sells, but to very exactly specified brands and models. Other brands and models were used, instead. Pricing was too high.

QUALITY OF the PLUMBING WORK WAS GOOD and WELL DONE.

I had Tucker Hill out today to unclog the laundry room drain for my washing machine. The tec also replaced the hot water valve as it would not close all the way. This work went well and I was satisfied. I also asked the tec to inspect my whole house water filtration system. This system was installed by Tucker Hill a year and a half ago. The first thing he did was test the water pressure before it went into the filter. He explained that it was 92 psi and that I needed a pressure reducing valve for 1200$. This may be so but why was it not told this when the system was originaly installed. Also he did not inspect the filter like I asked, just the water pressure before it went into the filter.

Joshua arrived as stated and performed the tankless water heater maintenance in the time he stated it would take! He was very pleasant to work with! Joshua needs to work on telling his customers exactly what he needs to do and if something changes to let them know. He stated he needed to go into the house to check on the hot water but then never needed to do this. Frustrating since I had to close my dog away for no reason. Other than that, I appreciate how well the service went and how honest he was with how often the maintenance needed to be scheduled, not every year but every three.

Gabriel was outstanding! He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in terms that I understood. Tucker Hill Plumbing, Air, & Electric responded to my emergent situation immediately. They are my forever Go To service. They have also repaired my A/C and unplugged a toilet in the past.

Taryn Davis couldn't/wouldn't find the problem, lights and fixtures flickering. Blamed new fixtures for the problem. 2nd time out for the same problem and wasn't able to help us. Charged us $885.72 the first time and nothing this time. Still have the same problems. They came recommended too!
Upon reading reviews, this looks to be what they do if the job is too tough. I'd go elsewhere as that seems what we had to do anyway.......after $855!

Nathan and his partner were absolutely amazing at there job. Hard working and very efficient. Friendly and would highly recommend them

Extremely satisfied with my experience. I initially had an issue with my AC u I and went through my home warranty, which sent out a sub par service. They stated the reversing valve was broken and needed to be replaced. They offered me the option to replace it or a new system ranging between $5-$14k. I began to look for bids on a new unit, as my current units are over 30 years old and figured it was time anyway. Tucker Hill were the first ones to come out, same day, and were able to identify the issue and fixed it on the spot with no charge. They walked me through what may have occurred and were complete professionals. I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to as they legitimately saved me thousands of dollars. Will be reaching out to them again the next time I need help!
