Tucker Hill air,plumbing and electric is a great company. Competitive prices never had any issues. Randy the a/c tech came out to my home serviced my 2 units on the roof so there ready for winter. He was very knowledgeable in everything answered any questions I had. Will recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you again!

I was very impressed with Joshua Chavez. I was ready to give up on Tucker Hill. However, Joshua was fantastic. He explained everything and was Very apologetic about Negative experiences with this company. The only reason I made an appointment with this company again, was because I have an existing warranty/service agreement. Thankfully, I do not regret this appointment. Danny was great. We had a plastic piece fall into the washer drain and completely clog it. He did a great job on the repair with minimal damage to the drywall and was able to remove that section of pipe.

Michael was great. He was very professional and he explained in great detail the importance of taking care of the problem in the future. He has great integrity and customer service skills. I’d definitely recommend him and your company to others plus it’s so important and such a great feeling to have found a plumber that I honestly believe is TRUSTWORTHY!!
He left me with a great peace of mind and confidence in his work and “words”!!

Joshua was awesome , he came and replaced my house spigot. He explained how a previous improper install (from a handyman not anyone from Tucker) was causing problems. Big props to Joshua at Tucker for the great work. I’ll continue to support business from you all

Joshua was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He took the time to answer all our questions, provided different options and installed our new tankless water heater and softener system in less than a day! His follow up to make sure we were happy with the equipment and service was very appreciated. We would highly recommend Tucker Hill and Joshua to anyone needing HVAC, plumbing or electrical services or installation done. Save yourself some time and call Tucker Hill - simply the best!

Drywall just completed and looks good. The electrician that came out to troubleshoot couldn’t fix the problem of why I called Tucker Hill. Electrician very friendly, but bottom line didn’t fix my problem and I had to call out another company to solve the issue which they did. To charge me 799.00 and not fix the problem is a head scratcher. I would understand a trip charge but to charge me what it would cost to fix it and not be able to fix it is not professional or right. My problem is not so much with electrician as more what Tucker hill charged me for the job not completed. Hard to recommend you when you charge like this and not fix the problem. I don’t think if I was talking to a friend asking advice or recommendation when I explained my experience would be excited to use your company

I contacted this company for a quote on a minor repair. Jason arrived on time and was polite and professional. He quickly provided detailed information and also diagnosed a major issue with my water heater on site. Repairs were completed within 24 hours and Jason gave the best installation we could ask for. Highly recommended and I will be a long time customer!

Lucas Rutter demonstrated professionalism by calling prior to arriving at my residence this evening. He greeted me with a firm handshake and displayed understanding of my past experiences with AC companies, specifically their tendency to upsell. Lucas was accommodating, choosing to work outside while explaining his actions and the reasoning behind them in a clear and concise manner. I highly recommend his services to anyone. Everything went really well. They gave me the best price and gave me an extra discount and were very quick to install. Very friendly rep. I am especially happy about a four year warranty on my product and all the other things they offered me as a member.

Gabriel completed several jobs today in a quality manner - removal of broken shower valve & installation of new one, replacing 2 toilets according to needs and installation of a cross-over valve for better hot water provision. Tucker Hill has excellent customer service. Everyone I spoke with was great. Pricing was very competitive. The installation technician, Joseph Morales, was excellent. He was very personable, clean, efficient, and did a great job with the installation. Communication was consise, clear, and professional. A++

Very disappointed on how this company pushes their technicians to sell expensive services. We have been in our NEW build house only 9 mouths and we have a membership for services to maintenance our A/C and hot water unit with Tucker. The technician came to flush the hot water tank and supposedly came across a broken anode rod. He guaranteed me it was not covered under warranty and charged me $300 for a new. I now believe after looking into it I was extremely over charged. He continued to try and sell me a water pressure system for $1400 and new release valve for $350. He pushed and explained that my pipes were going to burst because my water pressure was 80psi. Again I did some research and that is an acceptable pressure. With my A/C inspection again was presented with items that should be covered under the house warranty of houses not be sealed correctly which has created rust and some sort of microorganism??? When I brought up that I will discuss with my home warranty the technician stated they will not cover it and I needed to take care of these immediately. After going over the issues and he was collecting his tools he also told me my puppy had been urinating on the unit. My puppy is a female and does not lift her leg and because we are house training we supervisor her while outside. After getting up and into the attic crawl space he left a mess of insulation on my laundry room floor. I do not think I will be renewing my membership!

Aaron was friendly and replaced my laundry room light in less than 20 minutes. I have used Tucker Hill services a few times now and give them high marks. They always on time, they are clean and professional and they answer any questions you have. I had TJ who did work a week ago and he got 5 stars as well! Great job guys and thanks.

Raul Flores did a fantastic job for us today! He is courteous, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He replaced 3 toilets for us. The work was completed in a timely manner, he carted away all of the old materials and left the bathrooms looking great. We had a nice chat and he strikes me as a fine man who truly cares about his reputation.

I reached out to this company for a routine check up for my old unit (manufactured in 1995). I was met by Luis and another associate. Spent an hour or so together going through my old and tired system that I knew needed to be replaced. They went through my options but were not pushy at all and it was quite pleasant. They were able to provide me with multiple options laying out the benefits to each. I was provided with a quote they allowed me to "shop around" for a few days. After reaching out to a few other companies their estimate was the least expensive by far. Even including options other companies did not such as 0% financing for 12 months, which I did take advantage of. John and Michael were a huge help with this! The install was performed by Dakota and another member of the team. The showed up on time and perfomred the work diligently as promised. We were enjoying ice cold air only a few short hours later. I even had a follow up appointment with them a few days later for an entire duct cleaning service that went very well too. Great team, great communication, fast and frendly. What more could you ask for?

Overall very easy and smooth process with the company to get our tankless hot water heater scheduled and install date/time set up. Took less than 30mins from start to finish. Danny and back the next day and completed the entire install and clean up in the morning. By lunch time everything was up and running and smooth sailing. Very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely work with him in the future if needed.
