Our 18 years of loyalty to our old supply house that rhymes with Banyon afforded us nothing when they were bought by a much larger supply chain. Price increases & declining talent behind the counter. A friend recommended we try Win. Day one I got an amazing tour of a warehouse so organized that it made our old supplier's warehouse look like a junkyard. Day two we oppened accounts. Day three we swore off other suppliers. Their pricing is fair, the folks at the counter are always happy to see a customer, and the order pullers get your ticket delivered accurately. If they don't have what you need, they find it and are happy to do so. They know that you being able to get your job done means you'll be back. That is to say, your job is their job too. The west side location is great too—same company and pricing, but they dudes in Tempe just take it to a whole new level. Namely, Michael, Ruben, Sam, & the one quiet guy we call the quiet one are always ready to go when we walk in. They're like the quik trip of supply houses—always got what you need and you're never waiting around in line burning daylight. Waffle Wednesdays, complimentary sodas & coffee, smiles, help loading your order, this branch has it all. Never had a single bad experience. if I could rate 6 stars, I would.

Had weird popping and rumbling sounds from the water heater for months, then it started leaking. Plumbers Near Me in Tempe swapped it out quickly. Energy bills went down the first month after the new unit was installed. Glad I didn’t have to deal with this myself. Best in tempe.

Water heater finally died after like 10 years. Called them up and they came out same day, ripped out the old one and installed a new tank. Everything's hooked up right and my energy bill dropped noticeably the first month. No complaints, finally found good help in tempe.
