I don’t normally write reviews, but Isidro and his team deserve recognition. When my water heater broke, a friend of mine referred me to Gonzalez plumbing. Isidro, the owner was a pleasure to work with. He got back to me right away, came to check out my unit, and was able to remove and replace my water heater same day. Very grateful for the wonderful customer service and pleasant experience from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was very satisfied with the work that the technician did for us. He explained what needed to be done and and in the process found out some parts were under warranty. He called the manufacturer and requested the parts for us which was greatly appreciated.
I would have them back for any other plumbing issues as we were very satisfied.

Replacing a water heater. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the staff I spoke to regarding the estimate, scheduling the service call and the communication was excellent. The two technicians were both knowledgeable of the job at hand, and wasted no time to get the job done. They left the job site very clean.
