Went there thinking it was a showroom but staff was very helpful leading to the correct address. Extremely helpful actually.

My husband and I needed a plate to cover the two shower knob holes in our bathroom. This is our first time getting any type of materials for our shower so we were confused. The minute we called in, the customer service was incredible! During the call, the customer service rep told us what location had the part we needed and put a hold for us. When we got there, the staff was super helpful too. We were considering getting a shower kit there (trimmings, valve) and the staff were so thorough with explaining the different brands and the pros/cons of each of them. If we need any materials in the future, we will definitely come here!

They didn't have my part because faucet manufacturers want to destroy all that is good in the world with their proprietary connections. The staff was immensely helpful in pointing me the right direction.

I have Orbit Plumbing water softener in my garage. Have called several times to get educated on how to appropriately utilize the water softener. George has always been responsive and communicative to my calls and questions. On Monday, March 16, 2026 I had George come to install the NImbus R/O system ( see picture) under my sink. George is professional. courteous, and efficient in hi work. Explains thoroughly what to do with the system after installation . The communication before, during and after was excellent. Well appreciated. For an extra small fee he hooked up the R/O system to the refrigerator; well worth doing then. He also installed the clean water faucet ( including drilling the quartz kitchen counter top-- see picture. Highly recommend this company.

Awesome Service. I called a ton of plumbers all of which didnt answer or were booked days out. Orbit Plumbing answered fast, showed up in 30 mins, fixed my issue in 20-25 mins. Fast, quick, professional.

Response time after our home warranty notified them of our service request was over 48 hours and they weren’t able to come out for 4 days. They came, fixed one portion of our needs quickly but didn’t check the drain that was backed up to ensure it was actually working... a few days later, here we are with the drain so backed up both of our showers completely stopped and filled up with dirty water. The person on the phone was extremely rude to us and didn’t seem to understand that they fell short. At 2PM in the afternoon, they said they had no one available to come until the next day. This company doesn’t stand behind their work, and puts new business before fixing previous work. When I asked for a refund, he said absolutely not. I told him if they weren’t going to come fix the issue within a reasonable time that I’d be leaving reviews and he got even more upset and then refused to work with us. Bottom line is I just paid out of pocket to roto rooter to avoid working with this disgraceful company in the future. Roto-Rooter will get a five star from me, I would definitely recommend them! Also, your phone operator is a joke.
