Last Saturday I discovered a slow leak under my kitchen sink, but I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. I called Iron Horse Plumbing and Air, and they were at my house in less than an hour.

Once on-site, they quickly diagnosed the issue, which required cutting into the stucco on the exterior of the kitchen. They handled everything professionally, made the repair, and had my water back on within a couple of hours. They even saved some of the parts so we’d have what we needed to cover the hole afterward.

I couldn’t recommend Iron Horse Plumbing and Air enough. Their responsiveness, expertise, and customer service were outstanding. Huge thanks to the entire Iron Horse team—you’re awesome!

Jorge is a great representative of Iron Horse and the fine work they do. Rather than cutting tile to access a defective shower valve (something that would have been costly to repair), he strategized an alternate solution to access the valve through drywall for a far less expensive repair. He was punctual, articulate in explaining the repair, neat, tidy, and thorough. Really, we couldn't have asked anything more of Jorge and Iron Horse. While we hope to never have a plumbing problem again, we know the inevitable will eventually happen and we won't hesitate to contact Jorge and Iron Horse again.

We had the opportunity to work with two different technicians from Iron Horse Plumbing & Air today. Ryan did a great job helping us replace our water softener and draining our water heater. Jonathan swapped out our A/C thermostat and added surge protection for our compressor. Both gentlemen provided great service. The office staff was also excellent at scheduling and communicating about the upcoming appointment. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency situation. Jorge showed up within just a few hours - I was pleasantly surprised. He assessed the situation thoroughly. He took his time. He explained the issues in detail, so that I could mansplain to my wife when she got home from work. He helped me complete another item on my honey do list. House Alcantara from Iron Horse Plumbing and Air did a wonderful job installing a new hot water heater, expansion tank, and flex lines. He arrived at the start of the time designated. We didn't have to wait around. He was courteous and efficient. The office staff was also very helpful about any questions I had. I highly recommend calling Iron Horse with any plumbing needs.

We had Iron Horse Plumbing and Air out for our routine maintenance visit today, and Jonathan N. was fantastic. We have their maintenance program where they come out three times a year to check both our plumbing and HVAC systems, and he was incredibly thorough from start to finish. Jonathan walked me through everything he inspected and explained all of his findings in a clear, helpful way so I understood what was important for the health and longevity of our systems.

Iron Horse Plumbing and AC was highly recommended to us by our neighbors who also used their services. Finding a reliable, professional, courteous and reasonably priced plumbing service - that also provides quality work - is next to impossible. But this company checks off every box! Christie, in the front office, is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. She took a genuine interest in our concern, asked all of the right questions and answered all of our questions. Ryan was our technician. He was extremely communicative, professional and took great care to keep everything clean. He told us exactly what he was going to do to properly diagnose the issue and then provided us with all costs so there were no surprises. When all was said and done, we were extremely pleased with the personnel and the work that was accomplished…problem solved. We would rate this business a 10+ without hesitation.

You can count on Ironhorse! It started with a main water line leak, and we didn’t know who to run to. Within 24 hours of reaching out, I was provided a repair crew. Jorge B, Francisco, and Adrian showed up ready to work. From concrete demo, to a seamless repair at a cracked tee, and even finding another unknown leak nearby underground, and backfilled the process was awesome. Jorge was excellent at communicating issues and repairs, and left the area very clean considering they were digging up mud to find the leak.

I called looking for an estimate at 1Pm and my new faucet was installed by 4. Amazing. Gabriel did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

I contacted Rooter Hero on Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday morning to fix my broken toilet handle. They didn’t give me an estimate over the phone but they provide a free estimate in person so I was okay with them coming out to check out the issue. Their price ended up being more affordable than what I was quoted via phone from other companies! Elifonso was great and very nice even when my puppy kept bothering him lol. I’m happy I went with this company and would use them again in the future. They also offer a 90 day warranty which is nice.

Technician was on time, professional and did a great job for our malfunctioning shower valve he replaced.

Had a clog in my toilet Rudy came out checked it out and scoped it. I found out the reason it jammed was that the water went in several directions before going down to the sewer. Rudy explained everything and I understood my problem. I highly recommend Root Hero .

This was an emergency call on Christmas. I had a water leak from the second floor bathtub.Matt N. came sameday assesed the issue and came back first thing in the morning to fix it. The quote was for a fair market price.He was very professional and detailed. I wojld definitely use him again and recommend to friends and family!

I called to have some preventive work done on my rental in Gilbert. Water main to house was installed really some 20 years ago during original construction. Next door neighbors broke unexpectantly and I'd rather fix at leisure than during a shower. Called and got Matt as my technician. I have been in construction but suck at soldering copper especially used stuff in the ground. Matt was the perfect fit. Drove by, took a look,gave me a price and went to get the needed supplies. Did i mention the original install used odd duck sizes! Anyway came back and got it plumb square and added vales that were need to insure no isses in future either. WELL DONE. Thanks Matt!
