Pablo was able to come right away and solve the problem. He was knowledgeable and obviously experienced with solid recommendations for long term resolution. I called out of the blue with a bit of desperation and feel lucky that Pablo was on call. Thank you Pablo and Rooter Hero.

Was scheduled with this company from 9-11am for sewer line issues. Never received any communication. I called the company and the tech reached out said he wasn’t aware that I was a 9-11 appointment, he recommended that he could come out tomorrow. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on poor scheduling of service.

Carlos was a very good communicator. He called to update me on his arrival time. It took less than 30 mins for him to arrive after our initial call. He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Highly recommend.

We had a clogged kitchen sink on Black Friday at about 5:00pm. I called and the dispatcher said someone would be getting back to me shortly. Soon I received an email saying that Matthew was assigned. Shortly after that he called and said he was on his way. He arrived on time and quickly took care of the problem. Service was first class all the way and the charge was very reasonable. I will use them in the future and will recommend Matthew to my friends.

I called Rooter Hero because they advertised 24 hour service. I was hoping they could come to the house right away, but was afraid that being three days before Christmas, they might not. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that a plumber would be out that day! They kept me updated, and very shortly, I got the call from Matthew that he was on the way. Matthew arrived when he said he would, and was friendly and courteous. Matthew inspected where I saw a water leak, and knew immediately what it must be. Suspecting water and damage within the walls, he explained that we should get a restoration company involved. Matthew called them for me, and they came right out. Once they in did an inspection together, Matthew opened the suspect wall and found the problem. A hot water line had burst. Matthew shut off the water and got to work. Matthew inspected the rest of my 50+ year old plumbing in both bathrooms. He discovered additional plumbing issues that needed to be brought up to code. I also showed Matthew a problem with one of my toilets, and vanity faucet. Matthew was extremely helpful, explained everything to me. After fixing the leak, we made an appointment for him to return the next morning and complete the remaining repairs. Matthew was always willing to stop and explain everything to me. Matthew did a fantastic job on everything! I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Matthew and Rooter Hero!

Matthew came out about an hour after we called on a Sunday night. They didn't charge extra.He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and coordinated everything.He gave us his phone number and responded to any questions we had. They sent out Alex to hydrojet but unfortunately that didn't work. They ended up sending Daniel and Calvin to work on the main. They were courteous and gave me their phone number to let us know when they were coming or had any questions.They cleaned up after their self and worked really hard on getting the job done on time and get us up and running.I would definitely recommend Rooter Hero plumbing.
