Came home at 11pm after being out of the country for a week to discover we had no water at our home. Called around Cactus Plumbing that night and had someone out first thing the next morning. Jeff fixed our issue right away while providing kind, courteous and professional service. Would highly recommend!

Answer many, many questions, delivered and installed the unit agreed upon. Install took a couple of hours and now it’s nice and cool inside while 117 outside! The price was comparable to others but we like to use smaller companies!

We are SO grateful for this company and the service they provide. Being a VIP customer whose system went down last night, with a 24hr guarantee turn around time they had their best technician Trevor out today. He had us back up in no time, gave a thorough explanation of what the diagnosis, then we saw what we saved as a VIP customer. I don't recommend going through the AZ Summer without this level of service!

Make that ZERO Stars they insisted that we had to replace our unit because it had a major coolant leak and they didn't make that coil anymore. It would cost us 13000 to 18000 dollars and couldn't be replaced for 3 days. We wanted a second opinion so we called the company we normally used and they said our coil was fine no leaks and repaired our unit in 20 minutes for 400 dollars for a simple part .Makes us wonder how many people have been taken advantage of.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Our AC went out on a Saturday night, called them 630am on a Sunday and they had a tech out by 10am. He was communicative about the cost up front and had the simple repair done in 20 min. Best of all he showed me how I can do it myself next time should the issue happen again.
