My a/c stopped cooling and it got up to 124* in my home. They came out same day and was able to do a temporary fix until they get the part need. The weekend service call charge was very reasonable. Definitely would recommend!

Nice folks at Cactus, but my most recent experience left a bad taste. I had them service my unit last summer, which resulted in replacing a few elements. No problems there. I called them this month to perform a basic annual check-up. I coordinated with the technicians, letting them know that the unit is on top of the 2nd floor roof (which they accessed last summer). The technician left a message later saying they couldn't do the job because they didn't have a ladder tall enough to do the job. They simply left a message, left the job, and didn't attempt to find a solution. Not sure how they don't have access to a ladder tall enough for a 2-story rood, especially when they worked on my unit last summer. Makes me concerned that if there ended up being any problems with the unit after they serviced it and they say they can't get back up there? As mentioned, nice folks who seem to generally do good work, could be an anomaly, but I didn't appreciate this experience and wouldn't recommend.

So happy I called Cactus Plumbing and Aor. They were on time, affordable, and professional. My water heater is working perfect now!

I contacted Cactus Plumbing and Air to see if they could help me with a tricky sump pump issue. They had a tech out to my house within a few hours. He assessed my situation and we discussed various options, deciding on a game plan. I then made the project scope bigger by deciding to replace both my sump and sewer pumps, along with the other work. Work quality was excellent. Pricing was very high! Summary: Prompt response, knowledgeable technician, quality work, but I paid a high price for it.

What an experience I had with Cactus Plumbing and Air, we had our sink back up and the tech Kaden who came out was great, he was quick, super friendly and unclogged our sink so we were back doing dishes after we hosted a New Year Party. Thank you Cactus for being so quick!

Jeff did a great job replacing the sink and pipes in our kitchen. In under a few short hours we now have a working sink again. We are beyond grateful for the awesome work he did and thankful for such a quick response. Highly recommended!

Bo and Marcus were awesome! Bo climbed my mountain and diagnosed what was going on while Marcus helped bring tools. They were incredible helpful and smart - they knew exactly what the electrical problem was and made me feel great about going with them. Will call them back for another problem!

Action was great to work with, we called super late and they still responded and had my new water heater installed before the next morning.
