Marcus came by and looked at my electrical problems and there were many. He did a great job diagnosing and informing me. I would definitely recommend Action to anyone looking for quality tradesman you can trust.

I was already working on replacing my garbage disposal. Leon and Eric were super friendly and helped instruct me on how to take the disposal off. Would highly recommend and use again.

10 stars for Joel and Action Plumbing Heating Air & Electric. The morning started off with a gas leak and they responded immediately. Joel was very thorough in checking for leaks and showed them to me with detailed explanations. He made suggestions on my tankless water heater and helped educate me about the Arizona water and the issues with it. They start the work tomorrow. I’m very thankful to they responded so quickly and can do the work soon.

These folks are professional and courteous but it shouldn't cost $700 to replace a garbage disposal with a strainer & drain pipe. My DIY cost ended up being about $70 which included all the parts, pipe cutting tool, and glue/putty.

Their prices aren't published or fixed so for reference it was going to be $2,100+ for a tub spout, valve/valve body, and shower head which I also declined.

Any business has the right to charge what the market will bear but I consider these prices to be very high.

Both Leon and Dewayne came and evaluated tire need to move the gas line over 6 inches. Both were extremely professional and courteous and instead of high charging they were able to provide an awesome yearly coverage that included moving the gas line. We had a leaky bathtub… I called Action and they sent over a rep named Leon. Leon went through my whole house looking at all our plumbing… He gave us a list of options… We picked the one that best served our needs. Leon showed up the next morning with Dwayne the job was finished just a few hours later.
Leon was our rep….Super friendly and professional… I feel comfortable calling Leon again and referring him to others.

I just want to say a few things about Nathan, because he really is solid. He shows up, works hard, and actually cares about the people he’s helping. He explains things in a way you can understand and doesn’t try to rush through anything just to get it done.

These guys were extremely helpful when my water heater busted and leaked in my garage. Dewayne was the guy dispatched to my location, very knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions. I had another technician dispatched here to tune up my HVAC system. Joel not only informed me that my HVAC system was fine but also discovered my water softener was actually busted and helped me get that squared away. All in all I strongly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
