Eric and Leon are awesome. They came out to service my water heater and water softener. They were professional, explained everything they were going to do and what they ended up doing. Super faster and efficient.

Today we had to use the services of Action, plumbing, heating, air, & electric at our clinic. We had an emergency situation that half our rooms lost power and we had a fully booked day with patients. The electrons that arrived at our clinic was Joel & Trey. They both are excellent and very well experienced. After trouble shooting the problem, they fixed the outage issue in less then 15 minutes. They took the time to explain to our staff on what the issue was. I highly recommend this company especially Joel & Trey.

I reached out to Nathan with some questions about my plumbing system and he was incredibly professional and helpful. These are not “the other guys”. They genuinely care about their customers and providing the highest level of service. He took time to walk me through what I needed to know. Great communication and very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend him and Action Plumbing.

These guys were amazing to work with! We had our sewer repaired and they installed a new liner! They were fast and got the job done at the price they quoted me even tho there was some unforeseen hiccups

Oh my gosh! The Simon and Simon team did an awesome job. I had to have two shower valves replaced in our 30 plus year old house and a couple of tub spouts. Yikes. It was hard, long work but they stuck it out and did a great job. Definitely recommend Action Plumbing and Simon and Simon for the work.

Their team was super responsive and scheduled a free estimate. Plus I explained the situation to them and they had a tech come out within a hour !
Joel came out and was beyond helpful. We bought a new property here in Eastmark and there was a few concerns I had on the water softener. He was able to break it down Barney style for me and gave me great insight and walked me through everything.
He was able to provide some good options to include how to do it myself if preferred. Ultimately I upgraded the system - but I appreciate he didn’t try to sell me or “sell fear”. He gave me all the info I asked for and gave me options.
Also, I wanted to get it installed asap and they were able to get me in the schedule for a full house system two days later.
Very pleased with their quick response to both my inquiry and my request for a tech and even to get the work done. I Highly recommend them !

Bo and Leon responded to our service call for a tripped GFCI that was still tripping after replacement and found that some of the wires had ground out. They came up with a plan to fix the lines and a quote. would def use this service again.

Leon and Eric were fantastic. We had several plumbers come out and take a look at our facility and they never completed what we needed done. Leon and Eric finished the jobs we needed in an hour and there were several issues with our plumbing we had. Thank you guys so much for everything

One of the best guys that came out to my property to try to fix and look at a reoccurring issue. Very friendly, well knowledge and all around a pleasure to work with. Definitely would be referring him and this company out to multiple family members and people around my community. Austin was the best Manager that has come out to look at this issue with Eric and Eric was great also!

Joel was very cordial and know what he is doing. I am re doing this review! These people are quick in signing me up for a service contract and a good survey and they didn’t even fix the problem. The same problem that I am having came back the following day that he claimed he fixed it. Now one week later I still don’t have my water heater fix!!!!!!

We had a dog grooming tub installed. The team found an existing leak behind the wall. They fixed the pipes, installed the tub and made sure they cleaned up afterwards. They also helped us find the breaker switch to turn on the hot water heater. Everyone was very polite and the job was completed quickly.

Joel was absolutely amazing! Super professional and accommodating. Handled everything with ease. I am so grateful that I came across this company that one of my clients had recommended. As a professional real estate agent I will now use this company for one of my preferred vendors. Thank you, Joel for making it such a great experience.

These guys were amazing, quick & efficient. Howevere I would not recommend them. The guys in the photos are super. Their colleagues, that came out to do the work were nice but not efficient & work not completed on my electrical panel. Taking my 5 stars back. NOT ONE CALL FROM A MANAGER OR A RESPONSE TO EITHER OF MY REVIEWS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER HERE FROM THEM AGAIN, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!

I'm not one to leave reviews, but for this, it's a must. Recently I had some plumbing issues and a friend of mine referred me to Arid Valley Plumbing. I have to say right away the dispatcher Angela gave amazing customer service! She was kind, courteous and didn't make me feel like she was in a hurry to get me off the phone!! I could tell she enjoys helping people and really went above and beyond while assisting in finding someone to fix the PRV. Thanks Angela for being you! And thank you AVP for amazing job well done!
