I initially called on a Saturday and ended up leaving a voice mail requesting a estimate for removing a large pine tree and pruning a large Chinese elm.
Burt from Arbor care returned my call on Monday. I set up an appointment for Wednesday and received a very fair ($800 cheaper than the other company's I called) estimate. On Friday of the same week they did cut down the pine tree and pruned the elm. But the stump grinder broke and they promised to come back on Saturday and finish up. At 9:30 am a crew showed up and finished the work.

At all times the crews we're very professional and they left my yard spotless. My neighbor also ended up getting her pine removed as well.

This company is fantastic! This is our second year using them and I have specifically worked with Daniel for the bidding. But his superintendent and the crew are also great. Respectful and kind. They came out this year and did such an amazing job that I had them expand the project to include the entire property. They made property look so much better than I thought it could. Daniel also it’s just an honest, ethical, good guy. We always end up chatting about things besides trees because he’s just a good person. Cannot recommend this company more!

Arbor Care was very professional and reasonably priced. They came out for the estimate on schedule then cut the tree and cleaned up the area. Next spring they will trim our large trees.

Arbor Care came out today and was professional and did a great job. They cut down a very large tree in a matter of 30 mins and it was gone and cleaned up! They cost was very reasonable. I 100% recommend them for any tree removal, you'll get a great value and professional crew.

These guys are amazing! I hired them to trim my very overgrown olive tree. They got here with a big crew, chipper, truck. The crew made fast work of the tree and finished in 45 minutes! One climbed and trimmed, while others trimmed the lower parts and put the branches in the chipper. They cleaned up and made the tree look wonderful! They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company! I'll have them back again for sure!

These guys do a great job, I'm reviewing because I've had this company trim my trees twice a year for 4 years. It's always about $300. I just called them today to come trim my tree, they now have a minimum of $495 no matter what! How do I justify paying an extra $200? It doesn't make sense to pay that just because it's your minimum when I would DEFINITELY be overpaying. It's sad, that is how loyal customers are treated by this company. Just lost a customer

Arbor Care gave me an honest and fair quote to remove 2 large palm trees. They were the best price bar none, the quality was phenomenal. Not only did they cut down my trees, clean up, and haul it all away. Anything that fell into my neighbors yard was also cleaned up by their employees. I highly recommend using them for any tree services. Thank you very much!

Art and his team came out this morning and did an excellent job pruning five oak trees. They were on time, on schedule and did an excellent job. My trees look beautiful. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Second year in a row I've used Arbor Care to trim my trees and once again they did a great job! Burt came out for the initial quote and gave me some great advice regarding a troublesome tree.
On the day of service, they took care of my palms, olive tree, and made quick work of removing a giant eucalyptus. Miguel and his crew were polite, efficient, and much better at clean-up than other services I've seen. Would definitely recommend!

Arbor Care gave us a very good quote and did a great job of thinning out our huge bottle brush tree. They told us that they were booked out for a few weeks, but i was willing to wait.

I never did meet them since they did the work while I was at work, but all went well. I would highly recommend these folks. They cleaned up the site very well with no damage. Payment made over the phone. So all very easy.

We needed to have 6 mature 40-ft high acacia trees "carefully" removed from between commercial buildings. We got quotes from 6 TOP RATED companies. When DANIEL from Arbor Care came out he gave us an estimate immediately that was very competitive. It was almost half of the other companies. He scheduled the job to be done a few days later, and called the day before to confirm.
ART and his crew arrived exactly as scheduled with their equipment. The workers were very energetic and professional and got right to work. In less than 3 hours the 6 trees were gone and all the debris and branches were ground up.
The guys left the ground cleaner than it was when they arrived!!!
ART and his crew have an excellent work ethic and do a proud job.
I will use them from now on.

They cost me a day from work, and I don't have anything to show for it.
They were supposed to come out Friday afternoon to "scope out the work" and required me to take a day off from work. The work is to remove 2 large, live trees and 5 stumps.
At Friday noon, I got a text message saying their arboriest got sick and went home. I offered several other times to meet (Saturday, or any day before 9AM), but they don't support appointments outside noon-4PM, Mon-Fri. (They're also fixated on Tuesday afternoons, and kept suggesting that even after I said I couldn't make Tuesday's.)
I guess they don't need any more business.

I don’t know how they do on trimming trees, but if they Let people drive their trucks Towing trailers with equipment in them think it’s OK to swerve to the right when they see you signal right just to swerve around and pass you on a freeway exit to get back on the freeway is the way that they think then screw them. I would never use them because they’re unethical if they can’t follow the rules and they try to run you off the road not acceptable.

Estebans crew did a fantastic job. Two huge trees were fell and cleaned up quickly and considerately to my neighbors. Highly recommend this crew and Arbor care.

We had Arbor Care come out to trim a large tree (60+ feet) that was significantly overgrown and heavy ahead of the monsoon winds. From the first call to completion of the job they were great - clear and consistent communications, arrive on time and they did a great job on the tree…it was like they were never there, leaving the yard spotless. On top of all this, their price could not be matched - I will use them again and would highly recommend.

We have used Arbor Care for tree trimming for three years. The first year they did a good job; the second year we had to call them back as they missed a few trees and left them uneven; this past fall they did a horrible job with the tree trimming and actual cut out lighting that we had in trees to light entry steps. When we mentioned it to them they said they would reimburse us for the $900 it cost us to replace them. We never received a check and they never reached back out to us or returned our calls. We will not be using them again.

Simple choice. This one. This is the best tree CARE service. Any rando person can go cut back your trees and trim your foliage.
Anyone can hack a few limbs away and call it a job well done.
Arbor Care is not a rando hacker. It is a legit tree care service. The professionalism and the understanding of how to keep trees healthy is what sets them apart. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a care provider for their trees.
We live in Arizona, trees make or break your property value, they also offset your power bill with shade. Not to mention the beauty they add to your home and life.

Incredibly great service! Andy came out to look at my two towering sissoo trees. They were tearing up my pool plumbing. They were insured, which made a big difference, and came with all the equipment and expert people necessary: crane, industrial sized wood chipper/tub grinder, and back hoe sized stump grinder. They got not only the stumps but all the exposed roots.

Then Andy came back months later when the pool pipes got exposed with roots entangled to help me! He got down on hands and knees to drill and applied an herbicide!

Great service! I called them on a Monday for a quote, they came out the next day, listened to what I needed & I had a quote before they left. I needed my ficus trimmed. They explained that ficus are heat sensitive so they usually recommend a full prune in February/March. However my tree had already broken some limbs so this could not wait. I explained I wanted to reduce the chance another branch broke into my neighbors yard. They suggested doing an interior trim to take some weight off. Not sure if I’m using the right terms as I’m not an arborist. They were here today & in an hour they were done. I also love that they don’t try to upsell me on other work. I’ve recommended them to friends and am already a return customer (they removed a dead pine tree for us a year or two ago.)

I’ve been using Arbor Care of Arizona for several years now. They came out about two months ago and did a complete tree care service on our property which has both native trees as well as landscape/nursery trees. Art and his crew did a magnificent job. I cannot say enough on the care and the quality of their service. Every tree becomes almost a piece of art or sculpture. Every tree is perfectly shaped and thinned and groomed. Art has a large and extremely hard-working crew. Art is on the property the entire time and is working side-by-side with his crew. They sweep and blow and remove every last twig and branch and leaf. They have an extremely efficient and smooth operation.
They are worth every penny. I strongly recommend them with no reservation.
