Steve came out to repair one of my in floor cleaning heads. He really knows his stuff! Anytime I have a question about how my equipment operates he is my "Go to Guy". He helps educate me so that I can do a better job maintaining and troubleshooting any issues my pool may have.

Nate scheduled Austin to come and do a same change in our filter. He did a great job and was thorough, friendly and helpful. I would recommend Captain Pools for all your pool needs. We will be using them again. Hopefully for our pool remodel soon.

I found Lucas and Captain Pools on thumbtack following an issue with my backwash valve. After trying to get it out via DIY method , I was forced to call in as professional. Lucas and his crew not only solved my problems quickly and efficiently but also worked within our limited budget to do so. He was patient , flexible and really took care of through the whole experience. I later ended up using Captain Pools for a pool light housing switch out and again they worked quickly and helped fit our budget. Id use them again and again and wouldn't hesitate to hire them for weekly service.

Weekly Pool service is ok we have had a few issues. They are difficult to deal with when you want service on a certain day of the week. Also they seem to always find something wrong with my pool every couple months. Their customer service use to be a lot better not sure if they have someone knew but they are very rude. I’ve decided to cancel and move on.

Steve took the time to answer all of my questions as a first time pool owner. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable with anything related to your pool. I would HIGHLY recommend Steve and would trust him with any future pools issues.
