The service to schedule, measure, and install our bathtub and shower were quick and we love the results! Everyone that worked with us to get the project done was super kind and very professional. We definitely recommend Alex’s service to anyone who asks about them or is looking for bathroom project needs.

I had a shower installed a little over a year ago. Overall, I was ok with service but all installed shower shelves have fallen off less than a year of use. All within two weeks of each other. The adhesive used (really looks like double-sided tape) just came off the wall. I was honestly surprised that there was no support for the shelves other than the tape and caulking. Really disappointing.

Apex Windows & Bath showed up on time both days and the guys finished our new bath and shower much quicker than I was expecting. Both Jeff and Dom were professional and left us with a great new tub and shower. It all worked out perfectly for us.

The crew that came out to convert our bath tub into a walk-in shower was very curtious and professional while they were out, and walked us through the process of the project. The install took a total of two days to complete but that was to make sure everything was done correctly, which they were up front about. I would highly recommend them if you're looking to have a shower installed. 5-STAR work with this company!

Easy two day conversion from tub to shower. Very pleased with the workers, professionalism and workmanship. Company kept us well informed of time and date for installation. Looks great and opens up guest bath. No more worry about guests (older) stepping in and out of tub and shower enclosure.

We had our shower replaced about 18 months ago. The installer did nothing but complain about the work, stating that we should have paid more than we did, which sounds funny until he started to yell and scream at his helper. He got so loud it scared my wife and kids. We asked that he not rerun to our house to finish. But we were told he was the only one able to finish the job. The installer went on to tell us how cheaply made the shower head sold to us by the court was telling me it was a good thing we bought our own. A three day install took five days because from what the installer told me was the helper was useless and not applying himself to the job. Which is all good because we like our shower. We didn't like the absolutely horrible service from the installer and the follow up almost 18 months later via AI chat bot who asked me for my thoughts on the service. It got mine and my wife's name wrong, and was supposed to have a live person call us to talk more about the horrible installer. Again, the shower is nice but not worth the hassle and headaches of getting it nor the lack of caring by the company.

Both crews for shower and windows were very professional and delivers services exactly as described. Only issue was the sliding glass door was not as thick as the door it replaced. The crew said someone would be out the next business day do complete the job... (More cosmetic than functional)When I followed up that day, the office was unaware of the situation but scheduled someone to come out... The soonest was our two weeks. That time has not arrived yet so job is not yet totally complete.

Ryan and Paul did a good job. They were polite, courteous, very nice to work with. Their work was impressive and fast. They replaced my walk-in shower in 2 days and the work was very good. I highly recommend them for a bath remodel.

Nathan and Johnathan did a great job on the install, kept us in the loop on where the project was at throughout the whole install. Made sure to clean up before they left. Made sure to answer any questions about the project and were very polite.

I have had the best experience working with Apex providing me with a full new shower. Quality workmanship starting with the presentation of the product in my home to the detailed installation of Jesus and Miguel. These two men were amazing. Professional,
Courteous and Polite. They kept my home clean and showed me every detail of the finished product. I highly recommend them.

As of today we haven't had anything installed yet but we placed a order with a really good guy named Mark. He made everything easy and comfortable to make this big purchase and the prices Apex offers is unbelievable to other companies. I will give another review after install ... Ok I finally got the install multiple months later and now I have to change my 5 stars to 2 because they fired or sales man and found out he fed us a bunch of false promises. Before we could cancel this shower it was too late. But hay, we live and learn. All in all the shower does look nice 🙂

Redoing my main bathroom shower was very smooth thanks to Apex, even with existing water damage. We love the new shower! Our budget and preferences were taken into account during the consultation, scheduling was easy, and Jarred and Jason were awesome to work with! They were very clean during the 3 days of work. I had a horrible experience this morning with an Apex driver. They cut me off on an off ramp and I honked at them. After getting on the freeway, I tried to move over to the middle lane and they cut me off again. I tried to get their license plate number but my headlights was reflecting off the plate to where I couldn't see it. So, I put on my high beams for just a moment to get the plate number. After getting the number, I moved over to the inside lane because my exit was coming up. They followed me and high beamed me until I took my exit. This was very reckless driving. Especially because they were carrying window panes on the sides of their truck. Watch out for them on the roads! Be safe out there. Plate PNA-76P

Apex was contracted to remove and reinstall my master shower glass door. They were very prompt and polite. Very knowledgeable about their job. Scottie and Derek went above and beyond to reinstall my shower even though I was their last job on a Friday. They were on time and due to a mix up the drywaller was still on site. They were willing to wait on site for the drywaller to finish instead of rescheduling the install since I had taken vacation. Scottie walked me through the process and the items that he did plus he cleaned the hard water stains on the glass and the frame. They went way above and beyond and made this experience much better for me. I would recommend them and will call them first if it every need more work done.

Elias was amazing help for me today. He was called out on a Saturday morning for a leak in my shower that wasn't even with Apex. He fixed everything up for me and did it with a smile. I'm so happy to have contractors like him working for this company!!!

Sometimes one phone call can go a really long way.

I learned of Apex at a business expo and scheduled an appointment because they err doing an amazing discount if booked that day. Unfortunately when they showed up for the initial meeting and quote my mom was ill and I wasn’t able to keep it. I neglected to inform them of this and the gentleman still showed up. Even though I wasted his time he was understanding and kind and said we could try again when she felt better.

I got a follow on call today from Tara asking if I wanted to reschedule. First off, this is weeks later and their first call. They did not stalk me or constantly call like so many businesses do. Unfortunately my mom recently fell and is in the hospital facing a spine surgery so I was not able to make the appointment. The tub remodel is for my mom so she needs to be a part of it. Tara showed sympathy, understanding, concern and care. She blew me away by being confident enough to say she would pray for my mom and my family. Sadly in today’s world too many of us would be afraid to say that without knowing the other party.

I am on the right side of that team though and am beyond thankful for her kindness and courage. Sure, business is business and I haven’t gotten that far with them yet but I can tell you that from the people I’ve met there I will remain loyal to them as long as we’re all still around.

The people make the business and everyone here that I’ve connected with is amazing. I’m thankful to have found them. Faith or no faith, with service and employees like this you are in good hands. I’ll be certain to update this after the work is done. No doubt I will have more to rave about.

I changed my rating as Apex came out and resolved two of three issues. The appearance of the shower is beautiful. I now have a new cartridge in the faucet that was not allowing hot water to flow and the door guide was changed so the shower door no longer moves and rattles. Before you purchase a shower from Apex, take a look at a sample of the drain in the shower and make sure you are OK with the appearance of it. The cover is too small for the hole in the pan but I've been told that's how their showers are to prevent pooling. My opinion, it looks cheap. The second thing I would warn about is the height of the shower doors. DON'T choose the standard size unless everyone in your family is under 5'8". Just because it's labeled as "standard" doesn't make it typical. I am a 5'10" female which is just average height for a man and I would have had to duck each time to get through the shower doors. The shower head was also about 4 in higher than the top of the shower doors which would be messy. Thankfully, Apex did allow me to change the order and I just paid the difference for taller (more typical) doors which I'm grateful for but it did add a lot of additional wait time to get the second set of doors.
