The service to schedule, measure, and install our bathtub and shower were quick and we love the results! Everyone that worked with us to get the project done was super kind and very professional. I had a shower installed a little over a year ago. Overall, I was ok with service but all installed shower shelves have fallen off less than a year of use. All within two weeks of each other. The adhesive used (really looks like double-sided tape) just came off the wall. I was honestly surprised that there was no support for the shelves other than the tape and caulking. Really disappointing.
Apex Windows & Bath showed up on time both days and the guys finished our new bath and shower much quicker than I was expecting. Both Jeff and Dom were professional and left us with a great new tub and shower. It all worked out perfectly for us.
The crew that came out to convert our bath tub into a walk-in shower was very curtious and professional while they were out, and walked us through the process of the project. The install took a total of two days to complete but that was to make sure everything was done correctly, which they were up front about. I would highly recommend them if you're looking to have a shower installed. 5-STAR work with this company!
Easy two day conversion from tub to shower. Very pleased with the workers, professionalism and workmanship. Company kept us well informed of time and date for installation. Looks great and opens up guest bath. No more worry about guests (older) stepping in and out of tub and shower enclosure.
We had our shower replaced about 18 months ago. The installer did nothing but complain about the work, stating that we should have paid more than we did, which sounds funny until he started to yell and scream at his helper. He got so loud it scared my wife and kids. We asked that he not rerun to our house to finish. But we were told he was the only one able to finish the job. The installer went on to tell us how cheaply made the shower head sold to us by the court was telling me it was a good thing we bought our own. A three day install took five days because from what the installer told me was the helper was useless and not applying himself to the job. Which is all good because we like our shower. We didn't like the absolutely horrible service from the installer and the follow up almost 18 months later via AI chat bot who asked me for my thoughts on the service. It got mine and my wife's name wrong, and was supposed to have a live person call us to talk more about the horrible installer. Again, the shower is nice but not worth the hassle and headaches of getting it nor the lack of caring by the company.
