Valley Sparkle is literally the best cleaning service I’ve ever experienced! Definitely exceeded all my expectations. Karina and the rest of the valley sparkle team were truly amazing!!

The ladies who cleaned my bathrooms did a great job. However, my understanding was that deep cleaning was included as part of my price when I asked when I booed the job. I was informed that deep cleaning is an extra fee after the ladies had arrived and begun cleaning my bathrooms. So, instead I ended up with 1 hr at $100 instead of 2 hrs at $115.

This is our 1st time using Valley Sparkle, First and Foremost the “BEST” cleaning experience I’ve seen!! VERY PROFESSIONAL with GREAT DETAIL FOR ALL AREAS OF MY HOME!! I have been using valley sparkle cleaning for some time now and have always received a great service. They are very professional and friendly. They always leave my house spotless. Great value for the fantastic service they do.

Do NOT Book services with this company!!! I purchased a Groupon for a one time house cleaning, I booked my date and time with Valley Sparkle, received a confirmation text from them and not only did they not show up for the scheduled appointment, but they didn't even bother to contact me to let me know. I reached out to Valley Sparkle asking them why they did not show up for the cleaning appointment and received a very brief message saying that they no longer do business with Groupon. No apology, nothing! I then reached out to Groupon for a refund and they would not refund my money but instead they would only provide me with Groupon bucks to use on their site. Very poor customer service!!!!!!

A job beautifully done! My house truly does Sparkle! My house was thoroughly cleaned in 3 hours! Well worth every penny!! Roceo and Graciela were awesome🙌👍👏

I would highly recommend this company. They were on time and did a fantastic job. I asked them to focus on a few key things that I definitely needed done. They did that and so much more. My house is way cleaner than I expected it would be.

This was our first time having Valley Sparkle clean our house. VERY nice people and VERY nice cleaning job. Good attn to details. We will definitely want the crew to return on a monthly basis.

I have been using this company for just over a year. I first saw an advertisement on a local home show. I have enjoy having my home cleaned bi-weekly. It's affordable. No hidden fees. It's the same team everytime which makes adding services a breeze. They don't miss a step. You get reminders and notifications when they are on the way and when they finish. That way if you are not home you can arm or disarm your home alarm system as needed. I will continue to be a customer for some time to come.

Karina is absolutely the best. The prices are amazing for what you get, and what you get is a CLEAN house. I mean clean. I have no idea how they do it. They're on time, they don't dawdle one little bit (as a matter of fact, they move right along without sacrificing quality), and they always fit me in when I'm in a bind. You will never regret hiring Karina and her crews. Great experience.

My boss Mark Werber has been using this service for over five years. He has approximately 20 rentals in the Phoenix area and valley sparkle has done an outstanding job doing tenant moveouts routine cleanings. They are professional detail oriented on time and always do a great job I would recommend them always.

Horrible service. My foot turned black from walking to the Master bedroom after they had showed up for a cleaning on my house. For my payment, clean floors were apart of the deal. Also they did not get in the corners as I would think a thorough cleaning needs and when I brought it their attention how unsatisfied I was, they were rude and blew me off. I did smell beer on one of the cleaners breath and believe maybe that is why the job was done so sloppy. I would not reccomend.

Dear owner, No I did not get the companies mixed up and know exactly who gave me the bad service, I had to call another company to come in and clean after your company came in to clean. I did not like having to fork out so much money with a cleaning company that is not fully professional and the smell of alcohol which is what yours provided. No I will not take my honest review down. People deserve to know your bad service as much as the good so they can decide to take the risk on your company as I did.

This company did the dirtiest job ever! Their rags are stinky and they left my house spelling horrible. I paid $481 for 6 hours cleaning and the owner told me she spent 2 hours cleaning the oven. My glass doors and windows were not touched, the counters and pantry were not touched. Bathrooms still have the dirts I hired them to clean. This is the worst cleaning service I’ve gotten. They broke my garage door. This owner needs training on how to clean. Don’t waste your money on this company.

Exceeded my expectations. I was convinced there was too much to do in the allotted time. I had been ill hadn’t cleaned anything in way too long. Karina recommended two people for a two hour session for my one bedroom. The ladies did a fantastic job and even completed areas I had taken off the list! Didn’t overlook a single detail and cleaned my place as if they were cleaning their own. Best cleaning service I have ever used and I have used a few in my time oh and yes scheduling worked out fine even though I rescheduled .Cleaners started and finished job exactly on time I can’t say enough good things.I am definitely scheduling a regular appointment

Valley Sparkle Cleaning always does a great jobat my home. I am very picky and have had several services. My windows were cleaned without streaking, the ladies were professional and on time and I received notification of when they were on their way.

Valley Sparkle Cleaning is the best cleaning company in the Metro- area. I have had my 1900 square foot home cleaned by them twice now and just set up a monthly schedule. It takes between 2- 3 hours. Two ladies show up, on time, with all of the supplies to make my house spotless. They get the little things that everyone misses or charge extra for. They do a true deep clean instead of just a clean up. For example- they scrape anything off the floors that does not come up easily with a mop and they make old grout in between tiles look like new. I don’t even like to touch things once they are done because it looks so good. It makes weekly tidying and cleaning so much easier. The ladies are extremely detail- oriented, very nice and extremely respectful to my space and belongings. I have even left them in my home when I was not there. I trust them. The owner is attentive to scheduling and is very friendly. I recommend Valley Sparkle to anyone in the valley. Wether you have a studio apartment or a mansion, they will make your space look sparkly!

Made a good first impression, after that shortcuts and overcharge compared to others. When I told the manager about the hourly pricing issue , she offered
to cut deals. Management hounds you with daily texts even after you pay. No customer loyalty. I am sure my evaluation will be deleted
