I wish I could write a review on their actual service but instead this goes out toward their professionalism. We were scheduled to receive a service on 7/2 between 12:30-1:30. We gave them 10 minutes after the latest time before we called. When we did call (AND text which showed it was "read"), the voicemail was full. Needless to say no one showed. As a small business owner myself, I am totally sympathetic to a hectic schedule, especially in these times, but there was no courtesy of letting us know of such delays. There was no confirmation call or any contact. We have the text of a CONFIRMED appointment and we unfortunately we're blown off. The appointment was made 2 weeks in advanced and we adjusted our work schedules to accommodate VSC. We assumed that from the ads on House Hunter and Ch 12 that this would be a good thing but we were taken and couldn't judge for ourselves. You may have "good reviews" but those maybe from customers who were lucky to have their scheduled appointment or friends of the business. Luckily for us there was another cleaning service who responded to us last minute. Their response to our situation was "we've heard they do that a lot". I recommend trying another service unless you like having your plans changed...DO NOT USE VALLEY SPARKLE.

This was their first time at my home, and they did a deep cleaning. The ladies were very polite and nice. The reason for the four stars is because they missed a couple of spots and also they charge higher than others for biweekly service, even with their ‘coupon’. But overall it was a great job, especially with the bathrooms. They’ve never looked cleaner!

Karina and her crew do an amazing job! I had them come out for deep clean of my house and am now on a monthly schedule with them. They are on time, efficient, thorough, friendly, and do a great job! I highly recommend!

I have been searching for someone to come in to help me with the more physical aspects of cleaning (bathrooms, floors, etc.). I was able to get an appointment quickly and the ladies arrived on time.

They were very hard workers and did exactly what I needed. I did not even have to ask. The price was very reasonable and I will be using this company again. The cleaning was done to my satisfaction considering the price point.

I felt like the ladies were my angels today as I have been stressing over this for over a month.

Wow, I am so grateful for Valley Sparkle Cleaning! I called them early morning on Saturday and they were able to schedule us in for a last minute same day service when we were in a pinch to get our new home cleaned before we moved in. The girls were amazing, they were on time, established a good line of communication, brought all of their own supplies, and very thorough with the cleaning. Will definitely use their service again in the future!

Everything was amazing! So easy to book and even got a text when they were on their way! when they arrived we did a walk through of everything I needed completed. They got straight to work and were done within the two hour window. It was even better than imagined - would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Valley Sparkle. Getting a quote and scheduling an appointment was very easy. Prices are exceptionally reasonable. A competitor quoted me more than a $200 difference for the same services. I would definitely patronize Valley Sparkle again and I recommend you give them the opportunity to prove how good their service is!

I used Valley Sparkle for the first time and am very pleased. The cleaning crew came during the time requested and did a great job cleaning my home. I pointed out a few areas that other crews consistently miss and they did a great job in ensuring this was done. My husband even remarked at how good of a job they did in scrubbing the bathtub. We have been using Valley Sparkle for about 6 months now for both our residential and renal properties and could not be happier. Always on time and very professional. We paid for a 3 hour move out clean for a 1300 sq foot home. We told them not to touch the living room (which is about half of the house). We had also already removed all trash and items from the areas to be cleaned and wiped them down. About an hour in I got a message that they needed more time which would cost extra. I told them to only do the kitchen, small dining nook, and laundry room. I don’t mind that they couldn’t get to the rest of the house if what they did was perfect. Unfortunately they didn’t even touch the dish washer and the blinds and walls need redone. The floors and cabinets and fridge look great though so I still think they did a good job but I don’t think it was worth the money for a move out cleaning. This was my first time paying for cleaners, as I usually do it myself. Personally I’ll probably keep doing it myself in the future as it wasn’t quite up to my cleaning standards. I can see how for a weekly clean what they did would be great and they were very nice, but for a move out clean I would look elsewhere or save your money.

Karina and the Valley Sparkle crew are top notch! They have been cleaning my home for over a year and don’t disappoint. I receive rave reviews on my home’s cleanliness...that says a lot.

Valley Sparkle is the best cleaning service out there. The team does a phenomenal job in our home and it always smells so fresh and clean. I would highly recommend them. We have used them for quite awhile now and I have never been disappointed.

Graciela and her coworker deep cleaned our home in 3 hours very thoroughly! From top to bottom literally. My husband and I are very detail oriented. At completion of the cleaning we did a walk thru, we were and still are highly satisfied. My glass shower doors look so clear !! Which is major for me! Of all the other cleaning companies we’ve used in the past I can honestly say valley sparkle cleaned the best!! We will be using their cleaning services again soon thank you !!

I ran out of time when moving and needed someone who was available quickly to do a deep cleaning on my rental. Valley Sparkle was able to come the next morning. The two ladies who came were very polite and professional and stayed even a bit past the scheduled time to really make the place shine. I could never get my stove tops or ovens as clean as they did. I am so happy with their service and will definitely be calling them the next time I need a cleaning pro. Thanks to Karina and staff for a great experience.

I have never had someone clean my house, and after having my son my schedule has been so hectic. I called around and Valley Sparkle was the best deal I found. My pictures were all dusted, baseboards and floors were cleaned, and my bathrooms are spotless! They did an amazing job and it was so nice to come home to a beautiful clean home!

Valley Sparkle Cleaning had great customer service from the first time I spoke with them on the phone and were even willing to work with me a little on the cost. I got my co formation text after getting off of the phone when I booked the cleaning. I had an 11 to 12 arrival window. The weekend before my scheduled Monday cleaning I got a confirmation text that said a 1 to 2 arrival. The day of I got a text at 1 that the cleaner was en route and then at 1:50 got a text that my arrival time was 2:15 to 3:15. This is frustrating to me because I planned my day and toddler's nap around their 1 to 2 arrival window. They ended up arriving at 2:28. The 2 women were nice. They did a decent job but I had to ask to have 2 additional mirrors in the master cleaned which they originally didn't do. I also asked them to use my shark steamer instead of mopping my tile, but there are still some spots that were not done well and I need to redo. Overall they did okay, but I am not fully satisfied with the job and the cost for it.

I have had several cleaning crews in our home over the last 8 years, and have never been completely happy. The ladies with Valley Sparkle were very friendly, on time, thorough, and took care with our property. They were professional and accommodating to my wishes. I plan to use again.

My family and I gifted a good friend a deep cleaning service for his home and Karina and her team did an incredible, detailed, immaculate job. It’s the simple things that make life easier and having a clean home brings joy and relief, something that my friend needed and deserved. Sometimes you just need a little help and Valley Sparkle did just that.

I found Karina through a friend and referrals are the best way to find services. I highly recommend, booking was simple and easy. Very professional and communication was thorough as well.

Valley Sparkle and their management are extremely unprofessional and probably the worst communicators I’ve ever worked with. Multiple times we’ve had invoicing issues, cleaners showing at our front door when we’ve changed our time or date or canceled because their management never communicated their schedule. Often times it takes for five emails or texts to get a response. And even worse if they had an issue with another client I know, and they tried to drag me into the situation to help them because I knew that client instead of handling it themselves. If you don’t know how to run a business professionally, then you shouldn’t be in business. Avoid them at all costs. Also they price per hour above the average cleaning Rate when they should be pricing based on sq/ft.
