Pate Contractors recently completed 2 projects that I am involved with. They and their subcontractors worked around our office schedules and met our deadlines. For personal service, this is the company to call.

I'm always impressed by the quality of work Pate Contractors, LLC delivers! Natalie and Tim have both, built an operation that delivers above and beyond what they promise and that works exceptionally well with any team. Great attitude, work ethic and workmanship, which is a difficult combination to find in Southern Arizona.

I was looking for a commercial construction company to build a Tropical Smoothie at Old Vail Rd. Houghton Towne Center. Pate Construction was the most competitive and thorough in their bidding process. Tim (part owner and construction manager) was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to keep the project on time and on budget. He also made helpful suggestions that improved the building. It was especially helpful that Pate sent pictures that showed the progress of the construction to the stakeholders. I will definitely use Pate again for my next project.

Pate Contractors was a pleasure to work with while they constructed the new BioLife Plasma Services center on East Golf Links Road. We open these facilities around the country and this is the first plasma collection center that Pate has built. The project was completed like it was their 10th. Turnover was smooth and there were no cost over-runs. Problems in the field were often anticipated and effective solutions were presented. In addition, great attention to detail was apparent throughout the building. Communication from the office was excellent and the entire Pate team was always courteous and friendly.

We look forwarded to working with Pate Contractors again when BioLife expands further in the Tucson area.

Pate Contractors built our rock climbing gym, Rock Solid Climbing + Fitness near Costco and Topgolf. They did a fantastic job, come see it for yourselves!

They installed new cabinets and countertops in our kitchen. Punctual and professional in all respects. We are very happy with the finished product.

Every part of the job was skilled, professional and precise. I received lots of good advise from Brett in my initial visits. I wish you could see the before and after shots. We could not be more delighted with our newly remodeled master suite and bathroom! The process was seamless, the crew were respectful & responsive. They are well organized & project communication was very thorough. This was our first major remodel & Brett’s kitchen and bath made it a very pleasant experience from start to finish!

We stopped by Brett’s Kitchen & Bath a week ago to get our kitchen countertops replaced. I brought a drawing of the countertops along with the dimensions. The store associate said she would send the information to their designer and we would hear back in 1 or 2 days. After 5 days, I contacted the associate to find out about our design and costs. She had not received anything from the designer. On the 6th day, I called and the associate said she had called and emailed the designer and still had not heard anything. She said she would call and find out the status. It is now a week since we stopped by the Thornydale location and still have not heard anything. Is business so good you don’t need new customers? The lack of concern and poor customer service on the part of their designer is appalling. I would never trust thIs business to perform a remodeling project.

First learned about Brett's K&B when shopping for high-end cabinetry a couple of years ago. They had the best prices around so they won my business. Went back to them to design, build, and install a kitchen island extension with custom built iron legs and built-in cabinets. Brett Gould is a skilled designer and craftsman. And his installation crew were all professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I'd highly recommend this firm.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Great company to contract with for your renovation, a great design/consulting team and superior installatoin crew. We talked with 5 kitchen contractors & picked Brett's due to best understanding what we wanted, competitive price, ability to work as a general contractor who had network of quality electricians, flooring team, and recommended appliance and countertop/flooring options. Susan (our design/consultant) was able to incorporate our specific requests into the overall design and provided a very detailed project cost estimate; Rachelle (office manager) provided a comprehensive project timeline. Best of all- our complete kitchen renovation project was completed 1 day AHEAD of schedule and at the agreed-to budget. The construction crew was on time every day, very professional and competent, and thoroughly cleaned up the project area daily. We can't recommend Bretts highly enough!

Fantastic experience building with them. They brought our vision to life and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Was 1+ years of working together and couldn't be happier with the project. Their team is friendly, hard-working, and have great communication. Highly recommend!
