Brad and Bill and the rest of the team made the remodeling and new construction of our campus at Truly Nolen here in Tucson a great achievement, we greatly appreciate the hard work!

Growing up in the construction industry in Southern AZ, Lloyd Construction has always been a pillar in the community and industry. Lloyd Construction’s professionalism and exceptional attention to constructability, from conceptual to completion is unparalleled. They have found the paradigm between doing business as one of largest general contractor’s of Southern AZ, and balancing the family owned business model. It is my opinion that this business model is what has created many generations of loyal subcontractors and clients, all wanting to be a part of Lloyd’s construction team.

The construction of our new building from ground up was a new experience for us and obviously there were many hurdles in our way. LLoyd Construction, headed by "Bill" Lloyd was our rock and stood by us the whole way. He and his crew did everything and more than we might have expected. It is without any reservation that I recommend Lloyd Construction to anyone needed a caring "General" that will get the job done properly. Barry and David Levitt: Owners Sierra Cycles, Sierra Vista

Ted is the most friendliest, experienced, competent, and fairly priced GC we've ever used.

I filed a claim and these guys stayed on top of things. When it came to getting everything done and worry free.

They did a horrible job. They didn't clean up after they were done with my roof. My back yard was a mess. And, I had to drain my pool because of all they mess they made. Zero stars!

They did an awful job on my roof. Every time it rains, I'm getting leaks in multiple places. When I call them about it and they say they're sending someone, they don't show up.

Thank you Jason for repairing my roof leak. Highly recommend these guys.

Working with Alexander J. Hes gave us tons of information, answered all our questions, but above all helped us get a new roof! After several hailstorms, State Farm refused to pay for any damages - 23 years with same company and they refused to cover anything. Bella Vista made a call and we just got the 1st step completed and roof will be replaced by end of monsoon season!

Just competed deck and bathroom remodeling at my new house. Bob, the project manager was great, and the communication with him was amazing. The guys were professional.
I would highly recommend to use the service of this company.

They started 2 weeks early and finished the job in the time frame they specified. The price was excellent and I highly recommend asking for Karen to do the work. Throughout the job he asked us how we would like the stuff done like the direction of the tile and the color of caulking and so on. He was on time every day and very, very pleasant to have around. And his work was excellent.

I called Bella Vista two weeks ago and spoke to someone named Anthony about getting an estimate for repairs to the roof over my back porch. He agreed to meet me at my home on May 18th at 5:15pm. On that day, I got off work at 5pm and rushed home to meet him and he never showed up. I called him again on May 19th and Anthony explained that he got busy and forgot about the appointment. I asked him if we could reschedule and he said yes. We arranged, again, to meet today, May 25th at 5:15pm. So, today I rush home to meet him, and again, he did not show up. Apparently, earning my business is not important to this company. Being professional is not important to this company. Demonstrating integrity is not important to this company. I can forgive being forgotten once, but not twice. Bella Vista, you were given two chances to make a good impression and you blew it both times.
Disappointed in Tucson, AZ (I gave you one star only so I could post the review. It wouldn't let me post the review with zero stars)

Jason was working on a kitchen remodel for my sister and I asked if he had time to do a very small bathroom job while he was in the area. He agreed to help and put me in touch with Victor who handled the job timely and efficiently. Any concerns I had were addressed quickly and smoothly. Also, it was very easy to stay in touch with the team via phone and text.

Sam is the best contractor in the city. I feel so lucky to have found him. I was referred to him through friends and feel like I hit the jackpot. I don't know anything about home reconstruction and he re-did my entire condo. I am now able to rent it for the full mortgage and feel as though Sam is to thank. Obviously I highly recommend this talented and honest contractor.

Sam did a great job on a pretty big project on our townhouse. We did recessed lighting in every room, painted the entire interior of the house, remodeled one bathroom, installed new doors and hardware everywhere, etc. Sam first drafted a 'design plan which itemized everything into a statement of work with prices for everything. He stuck to the budget 100%. He communicates very promptly via email and text. He also has a surprisingly good eye for design - if you aren't a designer yourself he gives some pretty good advice and we love how everything turned out. He also is very honest and will provide good advice if you are thinking about doing or not doing something, or are wondering about the quality of materials you should go with. I would definitely use Sam again for another project and have already recommended him to others.

I chose Bella Vista General Contractor to replace my 30+ year old roof this past Spring. They were not the lowest bidder, but I was impressed with Jon, the Project Manager and his communication and follow-up. He was always available and willing to answer my questions and kept me informed of schedule and progress. The roof went on in short order and the crew made sure the site was cleaned of nails and other construction debris afterwards. Unfortunately, a few weeks after the new roof went on, I discovered that the roofers put a nail through an air conditioning pipe that ran along the roofline and I lost my AC during a pretty bad heat wave. Despite the fact that Bella Vista General Contractor has a disclaimer in their contract protecting them from this type of liability, they agreed to split the cost of repairing the punctured pipe with me. Now that's a customer centric company!

So to begin this experience let me start with did the adjustments with them didn't have the color I wanted to begin with, then after qouted and paid the squeezed more money out of my insurance company, then still trying squeeze me for another $700 dollars, after wanting to advertise in my yard and basically got a free working dryer off me.
The work took so long to be done after they received initial payment. I forgot what the initial agreement was ,like literally I couldn't tell you if that was the original agreement or not.
to any home owner out there I seriously advise you to seek out another company and be careful because when we initially started the were converting from "coast 2 coast" as well either name run, not affordable pricing as they like to string you in.go to someone else the work ethics and overall management of their roofing business is highly questionable.Nobody has any answers for you but the will call, email and etc to remind you of what you owe them even after the countless rain or snow th happen after a solid contract has been agreed upon.

Won't beat no dead horse , just avoid them at all cost

Mike and his crew are honest, hardworking and knowledgeable. Our remodel included moving a staircase (which involved putting in a steel beam), and a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom remodel. We also replaced our leaking front steps. He moved quickly and his subs did beautiful tile and wood work. It was a big undertaking, but he kept us informed of each step and helped us make decisions that would stay within our budget. The experience was so good that we are going to have him do our deck next.

Bella Vista just finished re-roofing and re-tiling an outside upper deck on my house. I'm very pleased with the finished deck. I had to have it repaired because of water leaking so I wasn't too happy about having to spend the money on a part of my house that I rarely use. Bella Vista did a great job repairing and most importantly, Improving the deck and the space. They had great ideas that make the deck a place I like to be in now... when its not foggy... I feel like a new room was added to my home. The team was great. Fast, clean and thorough. The tiler did such a good job, very precise and even. A true artist and craftsmen! I will call Bella Vista General Contractors again anytime I need work done on my home.
