We worked with AZ Construction and Renovation to redo our tile roof and repair the interior after having a few leaks. They completed work without issue and the drywall repair looked great. After some additional leaks sprang up this past month, I had thought it was within the section that they had previously repaired and was frustrated. They came out to take a look and pointed out that the leaking area was not actually a part of what they had repaired previously. Despite my mistake, they still did the small repairs, for free.

I so appreciate them coming out to look at it and talking me through the issue. Very communicative and helpful. We're already considering them for another project.

AZ construction was professional in all of the dealings. They kept us updated about progress. Our wall looked good when finished. Our yard and alley was cleaned up when finished. Paper work was updated in a timely manner.

Got off to a rough start but Jeanna, Ed and Francisco completely turned things around. From the office support (thank you Jeanna!) to Ed's supervision and care (Ed is the best!) to the detailed completion of the job by Francisco, outstanding job! Thank you AZ Construction!

They came out to bid a project and told me they'd have a quote by the end of the week. Multiple weeks went by without them returning my texts. I had to call them multiple times to finally get a hold of someone. They kept saying the quote would be in within the week (over the course of multiple weeks).

Given the lack of communication and the basic ability to follow up, I would not trust them to do a project where thousands of dallors are spent.

Flawless, post fire reconstruction, outstanding customer service, professionalism and phenomenal attention to detail. Very responsive and transparent team overall! From initial quote Mr. Thomas Eiber was thorough and concise. Ms. Sherry was wonderful and informative, gave great instruction and guidance on scheduling and expectations. Their operations and business team, Robin and Gina, did an amazing coordination and communication effort when build suffered some unforeseen setbacks. Great appreciation for ensuring correct materials and protection plans where in place as quoted by Mr. Jeff Wegner. And last but not least, Project Manager Mr. Ed Miranda, and his dedicated and extremely talented reconstruction team made up of plumbers, dry wallers, tile layers and painters: Francisco, David, Rick and a few others. ALL did an amazing work!!! We were so grateful that they saved the tile work that our late father had placed when the house was built. Extremely and forever grateful. This company without a doubt has the best service in AZ! If you want it done right, with clear and transparent guidance and understanding, they will always be my #1 choice.

Everyone was kind and professional during their work repairing our walls and floors after our water heater flooded 3 rooms and had to be replaced. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. The teams' floor installation, paint matching, painting, and dry wall skills were amazing! I highly recommend them for projects and repairs.

I came home from a summer trip to find a water leak underneath my sink in the kitchen. I was able to assess that the damage was quite extensive, it had ruined all my lower cabinets and seeped under the floor into my office where it ruined my wood flooring. I turned everything over to my insurance and the company they recommended was AZ Construction and Renovation. All the work that was done by this company was outstanding! Their employees were all very knowledgeable, friendly and did excellent work. They treated my home and my belongings with the utmost care. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is dealing with any type of damage to their home.

I have nothing but praise for AZ Construction, and our project manager Ed Miranda. We had them do a custom Murphy bed and cabinets as well as a custom door into the room. They were creative, considerate and thoughtful. They always arrived on time and left my home perfectly clean. The final product is first rate. I almost want to come up with another project, just to get the chance to work with them, and Ed, again.

I had a wonderful experience with AZ Construction. Robin was very professional, communicated clearly, and guided me through each step of the process. Phil, the Project Manager, also displayed professionalism and met with me several times during the project. The crew was skilled, friendly, and professional. They left our space impeccably clean, just as it was before the construction began. I highly recommend them for any project.

This company is great! I would give 10 stars if I could. The work was very professional and they cleaned up every day. Our P.M, Phil knows how to put you at ease. He knows the work and can help you make decisions that are best for the work you are having done. The workers, Jesse, Francisco, Julio were great. They work together as a team and they are fast. I will have them back for my bathroom remodel.

I had a couple of problems and Steve was ultra responsive. I had a couple of problems and he had guys over to fix it in less than 2 hours. Very responsive business and very reasonable prices to work for us. Had them do a complete remodeling project.

Steven did was quick and efficient, he is a hard worker. I am very happy with my paint, he completed the e enter home sooner than I expected.

AZ Construction & Renovation has completed the job for my parents house and we can’t say how happy we are with the ending results! Phil, the project manager was wonderful from all our questions to every detail of the project itself. We will most certainly call them for work for us in the future and will highly recommend them to our friends and family. Great job guys!!

We are extremely happy and satisfied with every aspect of our partnership with AZ Construction and Renovation. We had a water leak which damaged floors and walls. Bryant at AZ helped us identify the scope of repairs and helped us with our insurance claim. Robin works the front desk and was always pleasant and courteous and able to get us the paperwork or people that we needed to talk to.
But - person that makes or breaks the customer experience is the job foreman. My job foreman was Ed Miranda. Nice guy. Polite. Competent. Always available.
Ed managed the 5 or 6 different workers that worked on our project. They always showed up on time and had everything that they needed to do that day’s work. His workers respected him and I thoroughly enjoyed being around him when he was on site.
AZ is a large company - they probably have plenty of GOOD foremen. If you want a GREAT foreman, ask for Ed to run your project.

After a major accident that happened at my house on 10-31-2024 I had major damaged to my home, and, I was referred to AZ Construction and Renovation LLC. They were amazing and very helpful to fixed ALL the damage incurred and they had a team of expert on All that was needed to restore my home to pre-accident conditions. Ed Miranda and Thomas Eber were Great to work with! Their cost was also reasonable as I needed to please my homeowner insurance. They took great care of my needs, I highly recommend them. SJ, Tucson

Az Construction has been wonderful to work with in helping us with a small remodel project. They were able to diagnose the problems and complete the electrical, gas, plumbing and permitting to make our vision a reality. They took the time to thoroughly investigate the nuances of updating a fifties era home and made sure it was done safely while leaving no stone unturned. I had a large eucalyptus tree fall on my roof putting a hole through it and damaging my master bedroom. My insurance company connected me with AZ construction and renovation. I needed mitigation fast and they were up to the task. From the front office talking with Jennifer, to the Operation and field managers Brian and Jeff, and all the mitigation workers like Anthony Sean, Sebastian, Marcus, Val, Miguel And more, THEY ALL DID AN AMAZING JOB! The communication, coordination, attention to detail, and clean up was exactly what you would want from a company. They really do care. I feel very fortunate to have had them having my back in this stressful moment in my life. Thanks to everyone!
