I called a week ago and talked to Joel to set up an appointment for a quote and schedule work. He said he was busy and the first time he could come out is Thursday 8/5 at 8 30 am. I explained my concern on time as we will be traveling soon. He assured me that even though he is a week out on quotes, he could still get the work done by my date of travel. At 9 AM I called to make sure he was still coming out. He confused me with another client he was late for. He then said I was somehow deleted from his calendar and am not scheduled. I reminded him of my concern and he told me he would have another team call me and come out today to quote . He asked me to give him two hours. At 12: 25 another guy called. He had no idea what he was calling for and kept talking about a product. I told him I didnt know about that as noone has come out yet. He then told me they were too busy and could not come out today but maybe tomorrow. Had I known this is how he would do business, a week ago I would have told Joel not to bother as I was serious about getting my project done. Now I will be starting again from square one and trying to find a real and professional company that cares about their clients.
